Նոյեմբերի 26-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում գրանցված Մասդար ընկերության միջև ստորագրվեց կառավարության աջակցության համաձայնագիր՝ 200 մեգավատ հզորությամբ ֆոտովոլտային էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ։

ՏԿԵՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ Կառավարության աջակցության համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը և Մասդարի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Մոհամեդ Ջամել Ալ Ռամահին։

Կառավարության աջակցության համաձայնագրի ստորագրմամբ կողմերը պարտավորություններ են ստանձնել ծրագրի իրականացման առնչությամբ, ինչի կապակցությամբ ներդրողի կողմից պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ներկայացվել են երաշխիքներ:

Համաձայնագրով սահմանվել են ծրագրի իրականացման ամբողջական պայմանները և կառուցվածքը:

Մասդար ընկերությունը, որը ծրագրի իրականացման համար մրցույթի հաղթողն էր ճանաչվել այս տարվա հուլիսին,  ներկայացրել է 0,0290 ԱՄՆ դոլար սակագին մեկ կիլովատ/ժամի (կՎտժ) համար: Ծրագրի ընդհանուր ներդրումային արժեքը կազմելու է 174 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար։

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կառուցվելիք արևային կայանը կլինի խոշորագույնը Հայաստանում։

Այսօր տեղի ունեցած ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա էին նաեւ Հայաստանում Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան տիկին Ահլամ Ալ Սալամին, ՀՀ-ում Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի, Համաշխարհային Բանկի գրասենյակների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանն իր խոսքում ընդգծել է, որ վերականգնվող էներգիայի ծավալի աստիճանական ավելացումը մեր էներգետիկ համակարգում ՀՀ կառավարության կարեւոր թիրախներից մեկն է։ «Մասդարի հետ այս համագործակցությունը ոչ միայն այդ, այլեւ Հայաստանի ներդրումային պոտենցիալի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ կարեւոր քայլ է։ Այդ տեսանկյունից նշանակալի է Մասդար ընկերության կողմից Հայաստանում արդյունաբերական մասշտաբի 200 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ Այգ -1 արևային կայանի կառուցումը: Ակնկալում ենք, որ այս փաստաթղթի ստորագրմամբ համատեղ երկարատ աշխատանքի սկիզբ կդրվի  և նոր ծրագրեր կիրականացվեն»,-ասել է նախարարը։
