«Եվրասիական ինտեգրացիա. նվաճումներ և խնդիրներ» խորագիրը կրող երկրորդ հասարակական ֆորումի ժամանակ, որը կայացել է Կազանում, ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը հարցազրույց է տվել ադրբեջանական haqqin.az-ին, անդրադրադառալով ՀՀ-ի՝ ԵՏՄ-ին միանալուն, ՀՂ հակամարտության վերաբերյալ խնդրին, ինպես նաև Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-ի կողմից Ղարաբաղում խոցված հայկական ուղղաթիռին:
-Ի՞նչով է ԵՏՄ-ն հրապուրում Հայաստանին:
- Հայաստանը ազատ տնտեսական միջավայրի ցուցանիշներով առաջատարն է ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանում, այլ նաև ողջ հետխորհրդային տարածքում, այդ իսկ պատճառով կարծում ենք, որ հրապուրիչ և հետաքրքիր վայր ենք ներդրումների համար, որոնց նպատակը կլինի ԵՏՄ տարածքում ապրանքների արտադրանքն ու ծառայությունների մատուցումը: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում մենք կգտնենք մեր տեղը տնտեսության բնագավառում հավասար գործընկերների միջև:
- Իսկ ինչպե՞ս եք վերաբերվում Հայաստանում առկա դժգոհություններին, որը կապված է մասնավորապես երկրի՝ ԵՏՄ-ին միանալու հետ:
- Հայաստանը ժողովրդավար պետություն է, որտեղ բարձր մակարդակի վրա է գտնվում քաղաքացիական ինստիտուտների զարգացումը: Խոսքը գնում է խոսքի, մտքի և հավաքներ իրականացնելու ազատության մասին և մենք հարգում ենք մեր քաղաքացիների կամաարտահայտումը:
- Վերջին հարցը. ի՞նչ եք մտածում ՀՀ-ի՝ իր ճանաչված սահմաններով ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու և ՀՀ-ի ու ԼՂՀ-ի միջև մաքսակետերի մասին:
- Հարցը շատ պարզ է, և կտրվի հստակ պատասխան: Աշխարհի 10 մլն հայերն ունեն երկու հայկական պետություն՝ ՀՀ եւ ԼՂՀ: Բնականաբար, ՀՀ իրավունք ունի միայն իր տեսակետը հայտելու և ինչ-որ միության անդամակցելու միայն իր անունից: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը տվյալ փուլում կառուցում է իր պետականությունը' անկախ նրանից ճանաչել են իրեն, թե ոչ:Մենք միջազգային այնպիսի կազմակերպությունների անդամ ենք, ինչպիսիք են ՄԱԿ-ը, Եվրոպայի խորհուրդը, ԵԱՀԿ-ն: Իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը տվյալ փուլում կառուցում է իր պետականությունը' անկախ նրանից ճանաչել են իրեն, թե ոչ: Սակայն երկու հայկական պետությունների գոյության փաստն արդեն կատարված պատմական իրողություն է: Եվ տարածաշրջանի բարգավաճման համար անհրաժեշտ է հաշտվել սրա հետ ու աշխատել երկարատև հեռանկարի համար' ելնելով այս իրականությունից:
