Այսօր Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվում է նախորդ նիստի ժամանակ ընդհատված «ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգիրքը բարեփոխելու մասին» ԱԺ որոշման նախագիծը: ՀԱԿ պատգամավոր Արամ Մանուկյանը ԱԺ նիստի ընթացքում խոսելով ԱԺ որոշման նախագծի մասին, նկատեց, որ վերջին տարիներին ընդդիմության ներկայացրած նախագծերի ճնշող մեծամասնությունը վերաբերել է ընտրություններին:
Արամ Մանուկյանի խոսքով` մեծամասնականի մեջ ավելի շատ խոտան կա, քան համամասնականում:
« Ես միայն ասում եմ, որ մեծամասնականի մեջ խոտանն ավելի շատ է: Սա համեմատական վերլուծություն է, որն ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ էս մեկը քըխ է, էն մեկն ավելի լավն է: Սրանից պետք չի խրտնել:
Չորս անգամ քվեարկվել եմ մեծամասնականով ու գիտեք ոնց եմ պարտվել: Իմ մրցակիցներն ինձ հաղթել են 15 հազար ավել ձայներով: Ու այդ ինձ հաղթածները մինչև հիմա ոչ մի ելույթ չեն ունեցել ու չեն երևում Ազգային ժողովում: Ընտրական համակարգի պատճառով ինձ հաղթել են չորս լավ տղաներ, բայց դուք իրենց չեք էլ տեսել: Էսպիսի՞ մեծամասնական եք ուզում:
Չնեղանաք, բայց ձեր կուսակցությունից շատ քիչ բան է մնացել, ինչ Աշոտ Նավասարդյանի օրոք էր»,-ասաց Արամ Մանուկյանն ու շարունակելով խոսել մեծամասնական ընտրակարգի խոտանների մասին, խոսքն ուղղեց Հանրապետականներին, ասելով.
«Դուք ոչինչ չեք ուզում քննարկել, կարծրացել եք և պնդացել: Դուք սխալմամբ պարծենում եք, որ բոլոր այն 15 համայնքում, որտեղ ընտրություն է տեղի ունեցել, հաղթել եք դուք, դա պարծենալու բան չի, նման բան հնարավոր չէ, դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանում չկա ընտրական համակարգ: Այս մեխանիզմից հրաժարվեք` ի շահ ձեր քաղաքական ապագայի»:
ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանն էլ արձագանքելով Արամ Մանուկյանին ասաց. «Ես շնորհակալություն պետք է հայտնեմ էդքան ջերմ ու էդքան խորը հանրապետականի մասին մտածելու համար»:
