Օրեր առաջ «Փաստը» տեղեկացրել էր, որ, ըստ սոցցանցերում տարածված լուրերի, դեկտեմբերի 7-ին սահմանամերձ Ոսկեպար գյուղ է ժամանել Տավուշի մարզի ճանապարհաշինական ընկերություններից մեկի աշխղեկը և հայտնել Կիրանց-Ոսկեպար այլընտրանքային` սարերով ձգվող ճանապարհի կառուցման մասին։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկությամբ, Ոսկեպարում ճանապարհաշինարար բանվորների բնակվելու համար ազատ տներ են փնտրում:

Մենք գրավոր հարցում էինք ուղարկել «Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամ՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել, թե ինչ ճանապարհի մասին է խոսքը, և ինչ նպատակով է այն կառուցվում: Հիմնադրամից ստացված պատասխանը բավականին խուսափողական և ընդհանուր է, որտեղ, ըստ էության, չի խոսվում կոնկրետ նշյալ ճանապարհի մասին, բայց և չի հերքվում այդ ճանապարհի կառուցման տեղեկությունը:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ճանապարհային ոլորտն ակտիվորեն զարգանում է։ Տարբեր քննարկումներ են իրականացվում միջպետական, հանրապետական և տեղական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհների վերականգնման ուղղությամբ։ Հատկապես ուշադրություն է դարձվում այն հատվածներին, որտեղ ճանապարհային ցանցի խտության բարձրացման անհրաժեշտություն կա։

Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև ելնելով ճանապարհային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման անհրաժեշտությունից՝ հանրապետության տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում իրականացվում են ուսումնասիրություններ, առկա ճանապարհներից բացի, նոր երթուղիներ ունենալու ուղղությամբ»,- ասված է հիմնադրամի պատասխանի մեջ։
