Տավուշի մարզում իշխանություններն այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի կառուցման ուսումնասիրություններ են սկսել: Որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ անգամ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում։ Խոսքը Ոսկեպարի հատվածում նոր ճանապարհի կառուցման մասին է։ Իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ Գորիս-Կապան մայրուղին թշնամուն հանձնելուց հետո հերթը հասնելու է Տավուշի սահմանամերձ հատվածները հանձնելուն։ Եվ որպեսզի Սյունիքի պատմությունը չկրկնվի՝ թշնամին գա մաքսակետ տեղադրի մեր ճանապարհներին, արգելելով մի գյուղից մյուսը գնալը, իսկ մենք այլընտրանքային ճանապարհն ավարտած չլինենք, որոշել են Տավուշում ժամանակից շուտ գործի անցնել։ Բայց եթե Սյունիքում թեկուզ բարդ, դժվարանցանելի, բայց գոնե կար այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ, որը պետք էր նորոգել, ապա Տավուշի «վիճելի» հատվածներում ճանապարհը պետք է զրոյից կառուցել՝ փորելով սարերը, ինչը բարդ ու ծախսատար պրոցես է։

Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունից մեզ տվեցին անորոշ պատասխան՝ չհերքելով տեղեկությունը․ «ՀՀ տրանսպորտային ցանցի զարգացումն ուշադրության առանցքում է։ Մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են տարվում ինչպես առկա ճանապարհները նորոգելու, այնպես էլ նոր ենթակառուցվածքներ կառուցելու ուղղությամբ։ Հատկապես ուշադրություն է դարձվում այն հատվածներին, որտեղ ճանապարհային ցանցի խտության բարձրացման անհրաժեշտություն կա։ Հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում կատարվում են հետազոտություններ՝ նոր երթուղիներ ունենալու առնչությամբ»։
