ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին ՌԴ եւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարների միջեւ ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը չի վերաբերել Սյունիքի ուղղությամբ ՀՀ զորքերը մի քանի կիլոմետր հետ քաշելու որոշումներին։

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Գեղամ Մանուկյանն ու Աննա Գրիգորյանը դեկտեմբերի 20-ին խորհրդարանում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտնել էին, որ հայկական զորքերի հետ քաշման հրաման տալու եւ դրա հանգամանքի վերաբերյալ իրենց՝ տարբեր գերատեսչություններ հասցեագրած հարցումներին հակասական պատասխաններ են տրվել։ Եթե Մանուկյանի՝ ՀՀ Պաշտպանության արդեն նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանին ուղղված հարցմանն ի պատասխան նախարարը հայտնել էր, որ այդ հարցը ՊՆ-ի իրավասության տիրույթում չէ, ապա ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանն իրեն ուղղված նույնաբովանդակ հարցմանը պատասխանել էր, որ զորքերի հետ քաշումը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ Պաշտպանության նախարարների՝ 2020թ․ դեկտեմբերին ստորագրած փաստաթղթով։ Մանուկյանը նշել էր, որ այդ փաստաթուղթը չի կարող ամբողջությամբ հրապարակել՝ ելնելով սահմանված գաղտնիության ռեժիմից։ Ավելի ուշ նույնաբովանդակ մեկ այլ հարցմանն ի պատասխան Պաշտպանության գործող նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը հայտնել էր պատգամավորին, որ առկա է ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ ՊՆ-ների միջեւ ստորագրված փաստաթուղթ, բայց այն, ելնելով գաղտնիության ռեժիմից, չի կարող հրապարակվել։

Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, անդրադառնալով ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների հիշատակած հայտարարություններին եւ ներկայացրած փաստական տվյալներին, պնդում է՝ որեւէ նոր բան չկա, եւ իշխանությունը որեւէ բան չի թաքցրել։

«Նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո տեղի ունեցած գրեթե բոլոր գործընթացների մասին հրապարակային խոսել ենք, վարչապետն ասել է՝ ինչու է զորքերը հետ քաշելու որոշումներ կայացրել։ Փաստաթուղթը լրիվ այլ բանի մասին է, զարմացած եմ, որ ընդդիմությունը մեկ տարի անց բացահայտում է արել։ Փաստաթուղթն այն մասին է եղել, որ ՀՀ-ն շարունակելու է այդ ճանապարհն օգտագործել մինչեւ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ ունենալը։ Նոյեմբերին այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի կառուցումն ավարտվեց ՀՀ-ում, Ադրբեջանը հայտարարեց, որ Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի վրա մաքսակետեր է տեղադրելու։ Մենք այս մասին խոսել ենք, եւ զարմանալի է, որ ընդդիմությունը բացահայտումներ է անում հայտնի փաստերի վերաբերյալ»,- ասել է ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղարը։
