Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում 121 մլն դրամի չափով պարգևատրվել են

2021թ.-ի 6 ամիսների ընթացքում ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում պարգևատրվել են շուրջ 121 մլն դրամի չափով։ ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և տնտեսական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի 3-րդ վարչության պետ Հակոբ Միհրանյանը՝ ներկայացնելով ընթացիկ զեկույցը։

Ըստ զեկույցի՝ նախարարության աշխատակիցները նախատեսված խնայողություններից 2021թ.-ի վեց ամիսների ընթացքում «աշխատողների աշխատավարձեր և հավելավճարներ» հոդվածով պարգևատրվել են շուրջ 121 մլն դրամի չափով։ Նշված խնայողություններն առաջացել են 2021-ի վեց ամիսների ընթացքում նախարարության հաստիքացուցակով հաստատված թափուր պաշտոնները չհամալրելու արդյունքում։

««Աշխատողների աշխատավարձեր և հավելավճարներ» հոդվածով նախատեսված խնայողություններից պարգևատրելը հակասում է ՀՀ ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի՝ 2007թ.-ի հունվարի 9-ի N5 հրամանի հավելված 16-ի պահանջներին։ Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ աշխատավարձի ֆոնդի տնտեսական միջոցներից պետական ծառայողը պարգևատրվում է հատուկ առաջադրանքների և որակյալ աշխատանքի կատարման համար, սակայն աշխատակիցների որակյալ աշխատանքի կամ հատուկ առաջադրանքներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ հիմնավորումները բացակայում են»,-ասաց Հակոբ Միհրանյանը։
