Ես վստահ եմ՝ ինձ հետ նաև հազարավոր ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ, ավելի կոնկրետ յուրաքանչյուր գիտակից մարդ չեն վստահում պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությանն ու համատարած մանիպուլյացիոն կեղծիքին։ Շատ հայաստանցիներ զրո վստահությամբ սկսեցին վերաբերվել հատկապես պատերազմից այս կողմ: Շատերի համար գուցե զարմանալի էր, բայց պատերազմից հետո էլ գործող իշխանությունը չփորձեց փոփոխություններ մտցնել իր վարքագծում՝ հասարակության այդ հատվածի վստահությունը շահելու նպատակով:

Ասեմ ավելին, տեղի ունեցավ տրամագծորեն հակառակը. ավելի խորացավ կորսված վստահությունը: Օրինակ՝ այս տարվա մայիսին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Սև լճերի տարածք ներխուժելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ընդհանրապես չկար, մինչև հովիվների ու տեղի համայնքի պատասխանատուներն անձամբ չգնացին դեպքի վայր և կատարվածի մասին լուսանկարների ու տեսանյութերի միջոցով իրազեկեցին հանրությանը:

Ասածս մի փոքր զարգացնեմ այն պրիզմայով, որ վերջին մի տարվա տեղի ունեցածը մի կողմ, իսկ մնացածների համար կա՛մ Նիկոլը շարունակում է մնալ մերօրյա «փրկիչ» կա՛մ նա թեև արդեն փրկիչ չէ, սակայն ինչ էլ պատահում է երկրում՝ «թալանչի նախկիններն» են մեղավոր: Հասարակության այդ երկու մեծ հատվածների համար պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությունը շարունակում է մնալ վստահելի:

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ օրերս էլ Ջերմուկի հատվածում երկու ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողին գերեվարելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը տարածվեց ոչ թե պաշտոնական աղբյուրներով, այլ տելեգրամ ալիքների միջոցով: Ավելի ուշ՝ նույն աղբյուրներից իմացանք, որ մեկ օր անց գերիները ռուսական կողմի միջամտությամբ հանձնվել են ադրբեջանական կողմին: Նորմալ մարդիկ սկսեցին բողոքել, թե ինչու, նախ, երկու ադրբեջանցու առումով միջադեպը չլուսաբանվեց ՊՆ-ի կողմից, ապա՝ ինչու դրանք չփոխանակվեցին գերության մեջ գտնվող մեր տղաների հետ: Ակնհայտ է, որ նշված երկու դեպքում էլ կրկին դրսևորվեց գործող իշխանության՝ չգիտես՝ ապաշնո՞րհ, թե՞ դավաճան վարքագիծը:

Անքննելի է մի պարզ ճշմարտություն. եթե ՀՀ ղեկավարը լիներ ոչ թե մերօրյա կեղծ «փրկիչը», այլ ադեկվատ անձնավորություն, ապա ադրբեջանցի գերիների խնդիրը կլուծվեր ի շահ մեր երկրի. նախ կփոխանակվեին մեր գերիների հետ, այնուհետև մեր ԱԱԾ-ն, հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիրներին հետևելու փոխարեն, կհետևեր Ադրբեջանին հանձնված այս երկու գերիների հետագա ճակատագրին իրենց հայրենիքում: Ավելին՝ եթե այնտեղ նրանց նկատմամբ պետական մակարդակով մերժողական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերվեր, ապա դա կօգտագործվեր միջազգային կառույցներում, ինչպես վերջերս հայտարարեց Իլհամը։
