Այս պահին Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունները միասնական են եւ եթե մինչեւ վաղը երեւանյան պրեսսինգներ չլինեն, ընդունվելիք հայտարարությունը լինելու է բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունների, այսինքն՝ Արցախի խորհրդարանի անունից։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ նախկին պատգմավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

«Մեր արժանապատվության վերականգնումը սկսելու ենք Արցախից

Հենց հիմա, այս պահին Արցախի խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովում քննարկում է վաղվա արտահերթ նստաշրջանին ընդունվելիք հայտարարությունը։

Թեման՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուրբաթօրյա

մեդիա-հայտնությունն էր ու արված մի քանի վտանգավոր հայտարարությունները։

Այս պահին Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունները միասնական են եւ եթե մինչեւ վաղը երեւանյան պրեսսինգներ չլինեն, ընդունվելիք հայտարարությունը լինելու է բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունների, այսինքն՝ Արցախի խորհրդարանի անունից։

Իր հայտնի ասուլիսում, որի իրական շահառուն արտաքին լսարանն էր ու առաջին հերթին թուրք-ադրբեջանական հանրույթը, Նիկոլը մի շնչով կասկածի տակ դրեց արցախյան ազատագրական շարժումը, Արցախի ինքնորոշման հանաքվեն, բանակցային ողջ գործընթացն ու ամենակարեւորը՝ Արցախի հայկականությունը։

Ես համաձայն եմ Արցախի ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանի հետ, ով շատ լեգիտիմ հարց է տալիս՝ 1988-ից հետո եղե՞լ է արդյոք որեւէ ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյա, ով այդքան համարձակություն կունենար իր ազգային լսարանի առջեւ խոսել հայերի, էլ չեմ ասում՝ իրենց օրինական իրավունքների համար պայքարող Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների մասին։

Չէ, Աշոտ Ղուլյան ջան, չի եղել եւ չի լինի երբեք։

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում դա հնարավոր եղավ։

Տարաբերակ Ա՝ որովհետեւ կա այդ ամենը հանդուրժող, կուլ տվող, մարսող 680 հազար քաղաքացի, եւ կա այդ ամենի վրա թքած ունեցող ու լուռ 800 հազար քաղաքացի։

Տաբերակ Բ՝ ինչը վերջին շրջանում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է համաշխարհային- փորձագիտական ուղեղային կենտրոններում՝ մենք պետականություն ունենալու արժանի չենք, պետականություն պահելու ռեսուրս չունենք եւ ուրեմն՝ ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է։

Ու եթե վաղը Արցախի խորհրդարանի որեւէ քաղաքական ուժ հրաժարվի իր անհամաձայնությունը հայտնել Արցախի հայկականությունը, Արցախի ապագան կասկածի տակ դնող թեզերին, ուրեմն ճիշտ կլինի թե՛ տարբերակ Ա-ն, թե՝ Բ-ն։

Տարբերակների միջեւ ընտրություններ էլ թողնում եմ ձեզ՝ դա արդեն ճաշակի հարց է»,- գրել է նա։
