Փոխվարչապետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը դեկտեմբերի 24-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որում նշվում է․

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 14-րդ մասով՝ Վանիկ Չալոյանին 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ից ազատել փոխվարչապետ Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանի օգնականի պաշտոնից»։

Նա այս պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր սեպտեմբերի 7-ին։

Նշենք, որ 2019-ի դեկտեմբերին Դաշնակցությունն իր շարքերից արտաքսեց ՀՅԴ «Նիկոլ Աղբալյան» ուսանողական միության երեք անդամի՝ Արտակ Մելիքյանին, Վանիկ Չալոյանին և Անուշ Հովհաննիսյանին։ Նրանք արտաքսվել են ՀՅԴ կանոնադրությունը խախտելու համար։ Դաշնակցությունում արտաքսելն ամենախիստ պատիժն է՝ արտաքսվածներն այլևս վերադառնալու շանս չունեն։ Վերոնշյալ երիտասարդներն արտաքսվել են իրենց ներկուսակցական քննարկումների մասին «Ուղղամիտ և անվախ դաշնակցականներ» ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարություն տարածելուց, դրանում ՀՅԴ խորհրդաժողովից մանրամասներ հրապարակելուց և Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հարցազրույց տալուց հետո։

Խնդիրը ՀՅԴ երիտասարդների կազմակերպած նստացույցերն էին՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրաժարականի պահանջով, որին վերոնշյալ երեք անձինք դեմ են արտահայտվել ու հրաժարվել մասնակցել ակցիաներին։
