Երկուշաբթի լիրայի փոխարժեքը դոլարի նկատմամբ ընկել է գրեթե 8 տոկոսով` Թուրքիայի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ ներդրողների մտավախությունների ֆոնին, փոխանցում է Reuters-ը:

Անցյալ շաբաթ լիրային աջակցեց կառավարության որոշումը՝ որոշակի ավանդների գծով արտարժույթի կորուստների փոխհատուցման վերաբերյալ։

Երկուշաբթի արժույթն ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ ընկել է մինչեւ 11.6, ինչից հետո Գրինվիչի ժամանակով ժամը 08:00-ն` մինչեւ 11.35:

«Փոխարժեքի նկատմամբ հիմնական դիմադրությունը գտնվում է 11.45 եւ 12.0 մակարդակներում` 10.57 եւ 10.25 աջակցության մակարդակներով»,- նշում է QNB Invest ամենօրյա տեղեկագիրը:

Անցյալ շաբաթ տեղի ունեցած ռալին թուրքական արժույթը վերադարձրեց նոյեմբերի կեսերի մակարդակներին:

Անցած երկուշաբթի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կողմից գործարկված տոկոսադրույքների հաջորդական կրճատումների հետեւանքով առաջացած գնաճի ավելացման մտավախությունների պատճառով լիրան ընկավ մինչեւ մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 18.4 պատմական նվազագույնը` մեկամսյա անկումից հետո:
Ընթացիկ մակարդակներում արժույթը դեռ 35 տոկոսով ավելի թույլ է, քան անցյալ տարվա վերջին:

Էրդողանը մի սխեմա է ներկայացրել, ըստ որի Գանձապետարանը եւ Կենտրոնական բանկը կվերականգնեն լիրայի արտարժույթի փոխարկված ավանդների կորուստները՝ առաջացնելով լիրայի ամենամեծ ներօրյա ռալին:

Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ անցյալ շաբաթ երկուշաբթի եւ երեքշաբթի օրերին թուրքերը մեծ քանակությամբ դոլար չեն վաճառել։ Մինչդեռ, ըստ թրեյդերների գնահատականների, անցած շաբաթ կառավարության միջամտությունը Կենտրոնական բանկին ավելի քան 8 միլիարդ դոլար է արժեցել:

Տվյալների համաձայն՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-3-ը Կենտրոնական բանկն արժութային ուղիղ միջամտությունների շրջանակներում 1.35 միլիարդ դոլար վաճառեց լիրայի փոխարժեքն ուժեղացնելու համար, երբ փոխարժեքը մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 13.5 էր:

AHaber հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում Էրդողանն ասել է, որ թուրքերը վստահություն են ցուցաբերել տեղական արժույթի նկատմամբ, եւ դոլարիզացիայի դեմ պայքարի ծրագրի հայտարարումից հետո ավանդներն աճեցին 23.8 միլիարդ լիրայով։

Սակայն բանկային վերահսկողության BDDK-ի տվյալները ցույց են տվել, որ նախորդ շաբաթ դոլարի զգալի կուտակումից հետո թուրք մանրածախ ավանդատուներն անցյալ երեքշաբթի 163.7 միլիարդ դոլար պինդ արժույթ ունեին, ինչը գրեթե չէր փոփոխվել երկուշաբթի եւ ուրբաթ օրվա համեմատ, երբ ընդհանուր գումարը 163.8 միլիարդ դոլար էր կազմում:

Էրդողանի ճնշման ներքո Կենտրոնական բանկը սեպտեմբերից նվազեցրեց իր տոկոսադրույքը 500 բազիսային կետով՝ մինչեւ 14 տոկոս` չնայած գնաճի` մինչեւ ավելի քան 21 տոկոս աճին: Տնտեսագետները կանխատեսում են, որ հաջորդ տարի գների աճը կգերազանցի 30 տոկոսը, մասամբ՝ լիրայի արժեզրկման պատճառով:

Երկուշաբթի առավոտյան Ստամբուլում BIST 100 հիմնական ֆոնդային ինդեքսն աճել է 2.6 տոկոսով։
