Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, ինչպես հայտնի է, մասնակցում է Անկախ Պետությունների Համագործակցության (ԱՊՀ) ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին, որն անցկացվում է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում։

Ակնկալվում է, որ առաջնորդները կամփոփեն Համագործակցությունում Բելառուսի նախագահության արդյունքները 2021 թվականին, կարծիքներ կփոխանակեն ընդհանուր խնդիրների լուծման շուրջ և կքննարկեն համագործակցության արդյունավետության բարձրացման և կազմակերպության երկրների սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման հետագա միջոցառումները։ Ինչպես նշել են Բելառուսի նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունում, «առաջիկա հանդիպումը նշանակալից է նաև նրանով, որ դեկտեմբերին լրացավ ԱՊՀ-ի հիմնադրման 30 տարին»։ Այսպիսով, գագաթնաժողովը կամփոփի և կամփոփի Համագործակցության հոբելյանական տարին:
