Նոր տարվա առաջին օրը պատրվակ էր որոշ պաշտոնյաների, քաղաքական գործիչների, ընդդիմադիր և իշխանական պատգամավորների համար՝ ցույց տալ, իբր քրտնաջան աշխատում են վասն հայրենյաց, ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայում «ժողովրդի ծառաները»՝ հանուն նույն այդ ժողովրդի։

ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության մի պատգամավոր էլ զերծ չի մնացել այդ առիթը օգտագործելու հնարավորությունից, ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրել Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հասցեին։

Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը հայտնել է, թե Ալեն Սիմոնյանի առանձնատան ծախսերը գաղտնի են պահվում․ պատգամավորը համապատասխան հարցում է արել կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, վերջինս էլ, հղում անելով «Գնումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքին, նշել է, թե պաշտոնատար անձանց արարողակարգային ծախսերի, կեցության, սննդի և տրանսպորտային սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ ապրանքների, աշխատանքների և ծառայությունների տվյալները գաղտնիք են պարունակում և չեն հրապարակվում։

Աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը չի զլացել, պատգամավորին հրավիրել է վարչապետի աշխատակազմ՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու բոլոր փաստաթղթերին։ Խնդիրը ծախսերը գաղտնի պահելը կամ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի՝ օրենքով սահմանված պատասխանը չէ, այլ գրառմանը սկանդալային տեսք հաղորդելը, առանձնատան վերանորոգման ծախսերի տակ ԱԺ նախագահի վերաբերյալ թեմա ստեղծելը։

Բանն այն է, որ այդ բոլոր ծախսերը գաղտնի գրիֆի տակ են, օրենքով, կառավարության, այլ ոչ ԱԺ որոշմամբ, հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։

Փաստենք, որ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի անունը շահարկելը մանիպուլյատիվ բնույթ է կրում։

Թե՛ Փաշինյանի, թե՛ Արարատ Միրզոյանի դեպքում ծախսերը չեն բացվել, իսկ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը հերթական անգամ փորձում է շոու ապահովել։ Հընթացս էլ հանրությանը համոզել, թե 2022-ի առաջին իսկ աշխատանքային օրը զբաղված է «հանրօգուտ» աշխատանքով։
