Լոռու մարզում ապօրինի հատվել է 619 ծառ. 8 պաշտոնատար անձի վերաբերյալ քրգործն ուղարկվել է դատարան

Լոռու մարզի դատախազության կողմից իրականացված պատշաճ դատախազական հսկողության և դատավարական ղեկավարման ներքո ավարտվել է «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Ստեփանավանի անտառտնտեսության թվով 8 պաշտոնատար անձանց /2 անտառապահ, 2 անտառապետ, 1 ավագ անտառապետ, անտառպահպանութհան 1 ինժեներ, 2 անտառային տեխնիկ/ վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 315-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով իրականացված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Նշված պաշտոնատար անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ ի պաշտոնե պարտավոր լինելով իրականացնել կանխարգելիչ միջոցառում­ներ և հսկողություն ապօրինի անտա­ռահատումների ու ՀՀ անտառային օ­րենս­դրության այլ խախ­տում­ների նկատմամբ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կազմել անտառխախտման արձանագրություններ, ստուգել բնափայտի մթեր­ման և այլ տե­սակի անտառօգտագործ­ման իրավունք ընձեռող փաստաթղթերն ու հսկողություն սահմանել անտառ­օգտա­գոր­ծողների կողմից դրանց կատարման նկատմամբ, ծառայութ­յան նկատմամբ դրսևորել են ան­բարե­խիղճ և անփույթ վերաբերմունք, Գյուլագարակի անտապետության տարածքի 4 տեղամասերում շրջայցեր չեն իրականացրել, չեն հայտնաբերել և չեն արձանագրել ապօրինի հատված ծառերը: Բացի այդ, նրանք կազմել են ապօրինի հատված ծառերը չհայտնաբերելու մասին բովանդակությամբ կեղծ արձանագրություններ: Մինչդեռ այդ տեղամասերում ավելի ուշ կատարված ստուգման արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են ապօրինի հատված 619 տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծերով ծառեր, ինչի հետևանքով կենդանական և բուսական աշխարհին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 12.258.000 դրամի չափով վնաս։

Պետությանը պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու համար որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված անձանց պատկանող գույքերի վրա դրվել է կալանք։

Դատախազի կողմից հաստատվել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և քրեական գործը՝ ըստ մեղադրանքի 8 անձի, ուղարկվել է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2021թ. ընթացքում Լոռու մարզի անտառպահպանության ոլորտի պաշտոնատար անձանց, մասնավորապես «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ անտառտնտեսությունների մասնաճյուղերի տարբեր անտառպետությունների անտառապահի և անտառապետի կողմից իրենց պարտականություններն անփույթ կատարելու պատճառով ապօրինի ծառահատումների վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր առմամբ դատարան է ուղարկվել 16 քրեական գործ՝ 19 անձի վերաբերյալ:

Բազմաթիվ նմանատիպ դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
