ԱԱԾ նախկին աշխատակից Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանին շարունակում են պահել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում

«Ազգային անվտանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը շարունակում է գտնվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում, սակայն արդեն մեկուսացված չէ, պայմաններն էլ՝ բարելավվել են։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ն տեղեկացավ փաստաբան Աննա Ծառուկյանից։ 

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք՝ ՔԿ-ում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ սուտ մատնություն կատարելու հատկանիշներով, որը զուգորդվել է ծանր կամ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրելով։ Գործը վերաբերում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին մամուլի խոսնակ, այժմ՝ Ուկրաինայում ՀՀ դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի՝ թուրքական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից հավաքագրված լինելու մասին արված հայտարարություններին։ Նախաքննական մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ Իսագուլյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին, որը Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Արղամանյանի կողմից բավարարվել է։

Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը նախ տեղափոխվել էր «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ, ապա «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ՝ առանց համապատասխան պարզաբանումների, ընդ որում՝ մեկուսացված և ցուրտ պայմաններում։ Փաստաբանը դիմել էր ՄԻՊ-ին, ինչից հետո պայմանները բարելավվել են։ Նկատենք, որ Գ. Իսագուլյանը նախկինում եղել է ԱԱԾ աշխատակից, իսկ իրավապահ, ուժային համակարգի նախկին աշխատակիցները պահվում են «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում։

Փաստաբան Աննա Ծառուկյանը «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ ՄԻՊ-ի զանգից հետո անմիջապես երկու տաքացուցիչ է բերվել, սենյակը մաքրել են, փոխել անկողինը, այժմ ապահովում են բավարար պայմաններ։ Փաստաբանը դիմել էր նաև Իսագուլյանին «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ տեղափոխելու համար, սակայն Իսագուլյանն առ այժմ կշարունակի գտնվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից տեղափոխմանը, ապա պարզաբանել են, որ նշված ՔԿՀ-ում տեղ չկար։

Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանին կալանավորելու որոշման դեմ պաշտպանը բողոք է ներկայացրել, որը դեռևս չի մակագրվել։
