Ղազախստանը Հայաստանի համար երբեք չի եղել օրինակելի դաշնակից պետություն, և, չնայած ՀԱՊԿ (Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպություն) անդամ լինելուն, մշտապես աջակցել է Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի թշնամիներ Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային: Միաժամանակ, Ղազախստանում ամանորյա տոներին արյունահեղություն կազմակերպած թուրք ծայրահեղական-ահաբեկչական խմբավորումը, եթե հասներ կամ հասնի հաղթանակի, ուրեմն Ղազախստանը Հայաստանի համար կդարձներ կամ կդարձնի բացահայտ թշնամի պետություն, այնպիսին, ինչպիսին են Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան:
 
Չնայած ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Ղազախստանը 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա արցախա-ադրբեջանական պատերազմի ժամանակ կողմնակալ որոշում էր կայացրել՝ պաշտպանելով Հայաստանի թշնամի Ադրբեջանին, և, հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ում հիմնադիր անդամ է և ունի պարտավորություններ, ավելին, հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի արտաքին անվտանգության միակ երաշխավորը Հայաստանի ռազմավարական բնական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանն է ու հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի կողմից հիմնադրված ՀԱՊԿ-ն, ուստի, այո՛, ՀԱՊԿ կազմում Հայաստանի խաղաղապահների մուտքը Ղազախստան ճիշտ էր, քանզի ՀԱՊԿ-ը Ղազախստանում բացառապես կռվում է ահաբեկիչների ու ծայրահեղականների դեմ՝ պաշտպանելով Ղազախստանի բնակիչների անվտանգությունը: Ավելին, Ղազախստան մեկնած Հայ խաղաղապահները պետք է շատ լավ գիտակցեն, որ, մեկնելով Ղազախստան, միանշանակ պաշտպանում են Հայաստանի արտաքին անվտանգությունը՝ թույլ չտալով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Ղազախստանը վերածել թուրք ծայրահեղական-ահաբեկչական խմբավորման, որը ցանկացած պահի կօգտագործվի նաև Հայաստանի դեմ:
Ղազախստանում թուրք ծայրահեղական-ահաբեկչական խմբավորումն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ այսուհետ Ղազախստանում գործելու է «Ղազախստանի ազատագրական ճակատ» ռազմական խմբավորումը, որի գլխավոր նպատակն է զենքով կռվել ՀԱՊԿ-ի խաղաղապահ զորքերի դեմ՝ իրականացնելով «Մեծ թուրանի» ծրագիրը (նկարում պատկերված քարտեզը):
 
Ի՞նչ է նշանակում այս հայտարարությունը: ԱՄՆ-ի և Անգլիայի գլխավոր պրոյեկտներից է աջակցել Թուրքիային՝ թյուրքական աշխարհի ձևավորման ու միավորման գործում, որն էլ, բնականաբար, Թուրքիան պետք է իրականացնի թյուրքական աշխարհի ձևավորման ու միավորման գլխավոր պետություններից մեկը հանդիսացող Ղազախստանում: Այսինքն, Ղազախստանում ամանորյա տոներին տեղի ունեցած արյունահեղությունը ԱՄՆ-ի, Անգլիայի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հովանավորչությամբ, այո՛, կազմակերպել էր «Մեծ թուրանի», այդ թվում Ղազախստանին տիրանալու ծրագիր ներկայացրած Թուրքիան:
ԱՄՆ-ն, Անգլիան և ՆԱՏՕ-ն՝ ի դեմս Թուրքիայի, ԱՄՆ-ՆԱՏՕ-Ոկրաինա-Ռուսաստան լարվածությանն զուգահեռ, Ղազախստանում գիտակցված թափելով ժողովրդի արյունը, կոնկրետ գործողություններ են իրականացնում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ Ղազախստան պետությունը պառակտելու և ոչնչացնելու, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ն, այդ թվում Ռուսաստանը թուլացնելու ու հեղինակազրկելու ուղղությամբ:
 
«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ բոլոր պետությունների ղեկավարներին. ձեր պետություններից անհապաղ վռնդել ՆԱՏՕ-ին, խզել բոլոր կապերը ԱՄՆ-ի, Անգլիայի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի կամակատար Թուրքիայի հետ ու ամեն օր՝ 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով, ամրապնդել և ուժեղացնել ՀԱՊԿ-ը:
