Կենսաթոշակների մասով կատարվել են հետևյալ փոփոխությունները

Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ ավելացվել են կենսաթոշակների, պետական նպաստների և այլ սոցիալական վճարների չափերը:

Մասնավորապես` կենսաթոշակների մասով կատարվել են հետևյալ փոփոխությունները.

ա) հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը 18. 000 ՀՀ դրամից դարձել է 21. 500 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 26. 500 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն՝ 34. 300 ՀՀ դրամ: Աշխատանքային ստաժի մեկ տարվա արժեքը առաջին տասը տարվա համար, 950 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, սահմանվել է 1.150 ՀՀ դրամ, տասը տարին գերազանցող յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար՝ 500 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն՝ 600 ՀՀ դրամ,

բ) սպայական անձնակազմի և պայմանագրային զինծառայողների կենսաթոշակներին ավելացվում է ամսական 25.000 դրամ հավելավճար,

գ) բարձրացվել է նաև պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի զինծառայողի հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամի համար դառնալով 54.500 ՀՀ դրամ (40. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն), երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 39.500 ՀՀ դրամ (30. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն), երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 36 000 ՀՀ դրամ (27. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն): Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի մահացած (զոհված) զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամի` կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը 27.000 ՀՀ դրամից դարձել է 36. 000 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ երկու ծնողին կորցրած՝ 18 տարին չլրացած երեխայի (կամ առկա ցերեկային ուսուցմամբ սովորող զավակի) դեպքում՝ 90. 000 ՀՀ դրամից 107. 500 ՀՀ դրամ,

դ) ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում` սոցիալական կենսաթոշակի չափը, 26. 500 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, սահմանվել է 34. 300 ՀՀ դրամ, հաշմանդամ երեխա ճանաչված անձի համար՝ 44. 000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Պետական նպաստների մասով՝

ա) հաշմանդամ երեխաներն այսուհետ կստանան 21. 600 ՀՀ դրամ նպաստ՝ 18. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, միայնակ մոր երեխաները՝ 14. 500 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 12 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ երեխաները՝ 25. 200 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 21 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության ժամանակ մարտական գործողություններին մասնակցելու հետևանքով, ինչպես նաև ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման ժամանակ զոհված (մահացած) զինծառայողների և առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած երեխաները՝ 50. 000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 42. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, ալիմենտ ստացող երեխաները՝ 9.500 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 7.800 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, 1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամների երեխաները՝ 18. 000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 15. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, ժամկետային զինծառայողների երեխաները, 2-րդ խմբի հաշմանդամների երեխաները, 4 և ավելի անչափահաս երեխաներ ունեցող ընտանիքների երեխաները՝ 10. 800 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 9000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, 3 անչափահաս երեխաներ ունեցող այն ընտանիքների երեխաները, որոնք մինչև ավագ երեխայի 18 տարին լրանալը հանդիսանում էին նպաստառուներ՝ 7.500 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 6.000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն: 2019թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ծնված 3-րդ երեխային, անկախ ընտանիքում երեխաների չափահաս լինելու հանգամանքից, կտրամադրվի 4.200 ՀՀ դրամ՝ 3.000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, իսկ 4-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ երեխային, անկախ ընտանիքում երեխաների չափահաս լինելու հանգամանքից, 4.200 ՀՀ դրամ,

բ) 2022թ. հունվարի 1-ից հետո ծնված 3-րդ և հաջորդ երեխաները, անկախ ընտանիքում երեխաների չափահաս լինելու հանգամանքից (մինչև նրանց 6 տարին լրանալը), կստանան 50. 000 ՀՀ դրամ նպաստ: Մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխա խնամող անձանց կտրամադրվի 33. 000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ նախկին 27. 000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն,
