Այսօր ողջ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում էր Ժնևում սպասվող ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի ու ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումը։ Նշեմ, որ կողմերը քննարկելու են Ուկրաինայի հարցը: Ինչպես հայտի է՝ վերջին օրերին Ուկրաինայի շուրջ իրավիճակի գնահատման հռետորաբանությունը Նահանգները սրել է ավելի: Մասնավորապես, ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաները, այդ թվում պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը, Սպիտակ տան խոսնակ Պսակին, խոսում են այն մասին, որ ՌԴ հարձակում կարող է տեղի ունենալ ցանկացած պահի: Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Ռյաբկովն իր հերթին հերքել է, թե Ռուսաստանն ունի այդպիսի մտադրություն:

Տարբեր փորձագետներ ընդգծում էին, որ Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը կունենա աղետալի նշանակություն թե Կիևի, թե Մոսկվայի համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ սակայն, իրադարձությունները շարունակում են ծավալվել լարման դինամիկայով, ընդ որում հասնելով մի կետի, որում կարծես թե որևէ կողմի չի մնում նահանջի տեղ: Ռուսաստանը ԱՄՆ-ից ու ՆԱՏՕ-ից պահանջում է գրավոր երաշխիք, որ Ուկրաինան, Վրաստանը չեն դառնա ՆԱՏՕ անդամ և ՆԱՏՕ-ն զորք չի տեղակայի այդ երկրներում: ԱՄՆ-ն ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն չեն տալիս այդպիսի երաշխիք և որպես բանակցության շարունակության պայման պահանջում են ՌԴ-ին հետ քաշել զորքը Ուկրաինայի սահմանից: Միաժամանակ, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բայդենը հայտարարել է, որ քիչ հավանական է, թե Ուկրաինան մոտ ապագայում կդառնա ՆԱՏՕ անդամ:

Ստացվում է, բավականին հակասական իրադրություն․ կամ գործ ունենք մեծ վերաբաժանման հետ, որտեղ գործիք կամ միջոց կարող է դիտվել պատերազմը, կամ իրադարձությունների իսկապես անկանխատեսելի և քաոտիկ զարգացում է ընթանում, որտեղ ոչ ոք չգիտե, թե ինչ կա դիմացինի մտքին: Այս իրավիճակը տագնապալի է դիտվում բոլորի, ադ թվում Հայաստանի համար: Անկասկած ստեղծված իրավիճակում Հայաստանը չի կարող ազդել իրադարձությունների զարգացման վրա և առավել նպաստավոր ակնկալիքը կարող է լինել այն, որ իրավիճակը չսրվի այնքան ու այնպես, որ հարկ լինի կատարել ընտրություն որևէ «ճամբարի» միջև և առավել ևս, ուկրաինական հարցում բանը չհասնի ՀԱՊԿ մեխանիզմի գործադրման: Սա թերևս Հայաստանի գլխավոր խնդիրներից և մարտահրավերներից մեկը կարող է լինել: Մյուսը թերևս կարող է լինել այն, եթե Թուրքիային հաջողվի մտնել Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի արանքը և ստանձնի դերակատարում (այստեղ ևս ՀՀ համար կստեղխվի բավականին նուրբ ու զգայուն իրավիճակ):
