SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ, հունվարի 21-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության հաշվեկշռում գտնվող բանտերից մեկում։

Բանտի աշխատակիցները խուզարկություն են կատարել ընդդիմադիր հայացքների համար կալանավորված անձի մոտ եկած փաստաբանին, ով բանտի աշխատակիցներին իր պայուսակի պարունակությունը դատարկելով՝ ներկայացրել է 1 հատ փակ տուփով էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ծխելու համար նախատեսված սարք։

Տեղում փաստաբանի ներկայությամբ բանտի աշխատակիցները հայտնաբերել են, որ սարքի՝ ծխելու անկյունային հատվածներում առկա են սպիտակավուն թմրանյութի նմանվող հետքեր։  Պարզվել է նաև, որ նշված սարքը գործարանային վիճակում չէ։  Արդեն տեղում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում փաստաբանը հայտնել է, որ նշված սարքը իրեն է տվել Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 34-ամյա մի տղամարդ, ով խնդրել է, որպեսզի ինքը այն փոխանցի իր պաշտպանյալին։  Երեկոյան ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները, համագործակցելով բանտի օպերատիվ ծառայության իրենց գործընկերների հետ, Նուբարաշենի խճուղու 7 հասցեի մոտ հայտնաբերում ու բերման են ենթարկում փաստաբանին այդ ամենը փոխանցած քաղաքացուն։

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է նաև, որ այդ տղամարդը փաստաբանի միջոցով (նախաքննությամբ պետք է հերքվի կամ հաստատվի՝ արդյո՞ք փաստաբանն իմացել է այդ մասին, թե ոչ, իրավապահները ունեն կասկածներ, որ նա տեղեկացված չի եղել) իրացրել է 1.93 գրամ «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։

Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, 34-ամյա տղամարդը՝ որպես կասկածյալ, ձերբակալվել է, իսկ փաստաբանը ստորագրությամբ բաց է թողնվել։
