ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներն ու իրադարձայն պրոցեսները հեռու են քաղաքական կոչվելուց, քանի որ այն սկսում և ավարտվում է մեկ անձի ցանկությունների ծիրում։ Այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում Այն ինչ կատարվում է հետպատերազմյա Հայաստանում սիրողականության, ապիկարության, փնթիության ու դավաճանության միքս է։ Օրինակ իշխանությունն արտաքին քաղաքականություն է իրականացնում ոչ թե հիմնարար փաստաթղթերով՝ Անկախության հռչակագրից մինչև երկկողմ միջպետական պայմանագրեր, այլ թշնամու հետ բանավոր փոխըմբռնումներով և պայմանավորվածություններով։ Երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականության համար հանձնառու սուբյեկտները՝ նախագահի ու վարչապետի պաշտոնները զբաղեցնող անձիք, այն զիջում են այնպիսի անհոգությամբ, կարծես ժառանգաբար փոխանցված ունեցվածքի հետ գործ ունեն։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանի դեմ առնվազն երկու ճակատով անտեսանելի պատերազմը շարունակվում է, թեև ռազմական դրություն հայտարարված չէ, փոխարենը խաղաղասիրության քարոզն է թևածում։ Հայտնի եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն՝ հայկական և ադրբեջանական զորքերն Արցախում կանգ են առնում զբաղեցրած դիրքերում, սակայն թշնամին անցած ավելի քան մեկ տարում մի քանի ուղղություններով էապես ամրապնդվել է և առաջխաղացում ունեցել։

Ըստ էության՝ ազգային ոտնահարվող շահերի հերթական փունջը վերաբերում է արդեն Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման գործընթացին, հանրությունից գաղտնի պահված հերթական որոշմանը և այդ հարցով միջպետական հանձնաժողովի ձևավորմանը։ Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ թշնամու հետ մեր սահմանը պատմականորեն երբեք որոշված չի եղել, սահմանազատումն ինքնին չափազանց բարդ գործընթաց է։

Չնայած տարբեր շրջանակների ու մասնագետների պնդումների՝ ոչ մի պարզաբանում ու հստակեցում չի ներկայացվում, թե խորհրդային շրջանի որ քարտեզով և ինչու հենց դրանով է սահմանազատումն իրականացվելու։ Ի վերջո, չավարտված հակամարտության մեջ գտնվող, համապարփակ կարգավորման չհասած և խաղաղության փաստաթուղթ չստորագրած երկրները սահմանագծում են անում՝ հաղթածի պարտադրանքով և պարտվածի լռության ներքո։

Ըստ էության՝ եթե առկա է հանրային համաձայնություն, որ գործող վարչախումբն անկարող է բավարարելու հանրության մեծամասնության հիմնական պահանջմունքները՝ անվտանգությունից մինչև բարեկեցություն, ուրեմն այն կորցրել է լեգիտիմությունը։ Խոսքը ոչ միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, այլև նրա կառավարության անդամների և ՔՊ-ական մեծամասնության մասին է։ Նրանք քաղաքական պատասխանատվության հսկայական բեռ են կրում և հետագայում չպետք է կարողանան արդարանալ, թե իրենց սպառնալիքներով էին պահում իշխանության մեջ։
