Երեկվանից հանրային սննդի վայրերում կիրառված սահմանափակումները միայն ու միայն բացասական ազդեցություն կունենան ոլորտի վրա: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ռեստորանների ասոցիացիա Հանրային կազմակերպության նախագահ, հանրային սննդի փորձագետ Աշոտ Բարսեղյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հունվարի 22-ից կիրառության մեջ մտնող այն հրամանին ըստ որի՝ հանրային վայրեր մուտք գործելիս քաղաքացիները պետք է ներկայացնեն պատվաստումը կամ 72 ժամվա ընթացքում արված թեստավորումը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ»

«Այս հրամանը չի աշխատելու: Ոչ մի գործատու իր թշնամին չի: Չկա հստակ մեխանիզմ ոչ ստուգելու ոչ վերահսկելու: Ե΄վ հրամանը ե΄ւ տուգանքները իրավաչափ չեն և բողոքարկվելու են` ոչ մի տուգանք չի մուծվելու: Կատարվողը զավեշտ է և խայտառակություն: Կան շատ բողոքներ, օրինակ Դալմա մոլի ֆուդքորտը դատարկ էր, այն սրճաննեը, որոնք ստուգվում էին,  դատարկ էին: Սա երկար չի կարող  շարունակվել»,-ասաց նա:

Նրա խոսքով` նաև կա մեծ խնդիր մարդկանց անձնական տվյալների պահպանման հետ. «Չի կարելի այդ ծավալի անձնական տվյալ տալ անհասկանալի վայրերում անհասկանալի մարդկանց»:

Նա նշեց, որ այս սահմանափակումները զրոյական ազդեցություն կունենան կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելելու առումով:

«Բնական է, որ հրամանը առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանն է, կարանտինի հետ կապ չունի և հետևանք չի կարող ունենալ տուժի կամ տուգանքի տեսքով: Սա հերթական նաև տրամաբանության հետ կապ չունեցող հրամանն է: Դա չի կարող ստիպել, որ մարդիկ չշփվեն իրար հետ, առավել ևս պատվաստվեն»,- հավելեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանի`   հյուրանոցների, հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների, մարզասրահների հաճախորդները, գրադարանների, թանգարանների այցելուները, թատերահամերգային, կինոյի և այլ մշակութային գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների հանդիսատեսները տվյալ վայր մուտք գործելիս պետք է ներկայացնեն կա՛մ թեստավորման, կա՛մ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ՝ բջջային հավելվածի արագ արձագանքման ծածկագրի (QR կոդ) միջոցով կամ բջջային հավելվածից արտածված թղթային տարբերակով։
