Կարելի է հասկանալ կառավարությանը. չնայած գործադրած բոլոր «տիտանական ջանքերին», Հայաստանի «հպարտ քաղաքացին» այդպես էլ չի շտապում պատվաստվել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ, պատվաստումներով ընդգրկվածության ցուցանիշը աղետալի է, և, ամենակարևորը մեր «թավշյա» ղեկավարության համար, ամոթաբեր է ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջ: Միանգամայն պարզ է, որ այս նոր սահմանափակման հիմնական նպատակը մարդկանց պատվաստել պարտադրելն է, չնայած բացատրություն է տրվում, որ նպատակը վարակի տարածումն ու հատկապես ծանր դեպքերը կանխելն է:

Այսինքն, ԱՆ մասնագետները անսպասելի պարզել են, որ պարտադիր դիմակ կրելու պահանջը, որը «սպեղանի է վարակվելու դեմ», չի՛ կարող գործել հանրային սննդի վայրերում, քանի որ դիմակով քյաբաբ վայելելն անհնար է, հետևաբար քյաբաբ պետք է վայելեն միայն պատվաստվածները, կամ էլ թեստ հանձնածները, երևի, որ մատուցողներին չվարակեն: Ռեստորատորները խիստ դեմ են այդ գաղափարին և հայտարարել են, որ չեն կատարի այդ պահանջը: Մարդկանց կարելի է հասկանալ... Պատկերացրեք իրավիճակ. ընկեր-ընկերուհիներով գնում են ռեստորան, և նրանցից մեկին չեն թողնում մտնել ներս... Գոնե որոշեիք, որ կարող է ներս մտնել և սեղանի մոտ նստել, օրինակ՝ առանց դիմակը հանելու... Էլի բան է... Կամ էլ ավելի լավ լուծում. ռեստորաններում պետք է լինեն հատուկ ապակե վանդակներ, որտեղ կարող են նստել չպատվաստվածները, իսկ նրանց սնունդ կմատուցվի պատուհանից՝ հեռավորության վրա, այսինքն... եղանով:

Երկու կողմերին էլ կարելի է հասկանալ: Հատկապես առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Չէ, մենք, իհարկե, հասկանում ենք, որ պատվաստումները խթանել է պետք, բայց ոչ նման «կացնային» մեթոդներով: Ի վերջո, այդ ամենը հակառակ էֆեկտ է տալիս: Պատվաստվելը պետք է լինի գիտակցված, այլ ոչ թե պարտադրված: Հայաստանում կարելի է հրապարակայնորեն բացասական կարծիք արտահայտել պատվաստումների դեմ. դե, խոսքի ազատություն է, և այդ հակաքարոզչությամբ հեղեղված է տեղեկատվական դաշտը: Հարց՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ է քրեականացվել պաշտոնյաների հասցեին «թթու խոսք» ասելը, ինչո՞ւ չքրեականացնել նաև հակապատվաստումային քարոզչությունը, կամ էլ՝ ավելի հեշտ ձև. որոշեք, որ «պատվաստանյութերը ևս պետական պաշտոնյաներ են»: Ֆրանսիացի սոցիոլոգ Ժակ Էլուլի կարծիքով, հաջողված քարոզչությունը ճշմարտացի քարոզչությունն է:

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում չի իրականացվում ճշմարտացի քարոզչություն: Բերեմ օրինակ: Ինչո՞ւ կորոնավիրուսով օրական հիվանդացության, հոսպիտալացման և մահերի պաշտոնական հաղորդման ժամանակ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով չի նշվում, թե նոր հոսպիտալացվածներից, կամ ընդհանրապես հոսպիտալացվածներից, կամ հոսպիտալացված ծանր դեպքերից և մահերից քանիսն ունի լրիվ կամ թերի պատվաստում: Հավատացեք՝ դա կլինի ամենահզոր պատվաստումային քարոզչությունը: Չնայած ներկայիս կառավարման խառնաշփոթում վախենամ, որ նման տվյալներ անհնար լինի ամեն օր ճշգրտորեն հավաքելն ու ներկայացնելը, ավելին՝ կարող են անգամ այնպիսի սխալներ լինել, որ հակառակ էֆեկտ կտան:
