Ինչպես հայտնի է հունվարի 24-ին փակ ռեժիմում տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄՆ ու ՌԴ նախագահների հերթական հեռախոսազրույցը, որի նախաձեռնողը եղել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը: Հեռախոսազրույցի բովանդակության մասին ոչինչ հայտնի չէ, թեև հնարավոր է պատկերացնել, թե ինչ հարցեր կարող էին քննարկվել՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանի ամերիկա-ռուսական օրակարգը՝ ուկրաինական էպիկենտրոնով:

Հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ էր ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինը տեսել Բայդենին զանգահարելու կարիք, այն դեպքում, երբ նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջին Ժնևում Լավրովին հանդիպած Բլինքենը հայտնել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ը այս շաբաթ կներկայացնի անվտանգության վերաբերյալ ՌԴ գրավոր պայմաններին գրավոր պատասխան, ավելին, երեկ տեղեկատվություն տարածվեց, որ այդ պատասխանն արդեն ներկայացվել է ռուսական կողմին, չնայած բովանդակության մասին ոչինչ չի հայտնվում:

Այս օրերին լարվածությունը ուկրաինական իրավիճակում շարունակում է էլ ավելի աճել, միաժամանակ այդ աճն ուղեկցվում է մեծ անորոշությամբ: Թվում է, որ ռազմական բախումն անխուսափելի է, սակայն ի՞նչ մասշտաբով և հետագա ի՞նչ հանգուցալուծմամբ: Արդյո՞ք բանավոր, քաղաքական մակարդակում համաձայնության գրեթե չենթակա, համաձայնության համար անհնարին քաղաքական պայմանները կիրագործվեն պատերազմով:

Չմոռանանք, որ պատերազմով քաղաքական հարցերի հանգուցալուծումը վերջին շրջանում դարձել է խոշոր խաղացողների հիմնական գործիքակազմը, ինչը ցավոք սրտի կիրառվեց նաև արցախյան ուղղությամբ: Այստեղ մտահոգիչ հարցերից մեկը, որ հնչում է Հայաստանում, կապված է հետևյալ հանգամանքի հետ. հնարավո՞ր է արդյոք, որ ուկրաինական ուղղությամբ ռազմական գործողությունների ծավալման պարագայում Ադրբեջանը փորձի առիթից օգտվել Կովկասում: Տեսականում, իհարկե, հնարավոր է հավանական դիտարկել ամեն ինչ, սակայն գործնականում դրա հնարավորությունը քիչ է, կամ կախված է այն հանգամանքից, թե ինչպիսին կլինի հնարավոր ուկրաինական պատերազմի աշխարհաքաղաքական «բազան»:

Կարող ենք փաստել, որ եթե Ռուսաստանը այդ պատերազմում ենթատեքստային որոշակի համաձայնությունների մեջ լինի Նահանգների հետ, ապա Կովկասի կայունության համար անհանգստանալ թերևս պետք չէ: Սակայն, եթե հնարավոր պատերազմը ուղեկցվի նաև քաղաքական թեժ դիմակայությամբ, ապա պետք չէ բացառել, որ կարող են առաջանալ Կովկասում՝ Ռուսաստանի թիկունքում լարվածության հրահրմամբ Մոսկվային ճնշելու մոտիվներ: Ինչ կլինի այդ դեպքում, բարդ է ասել, սակայն Կովկասի առնչությամբ մտահոգությունը թերևս պետք է դիտարկել այդ համատեքստում:
