Այն իշխանությունները, որոնք Արցախի 75%-ը հանձնել են, ում հանցավոր անգործության պայմաններում, արդեն հետպատերազմական ժամանակահատվածում, Ադրբեջանը օկուպացրել է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքը Գեղարքունիքի, Վայոց ձորի և Սյունիքի հատվածներում և վերահսկողություն հաստատել ՀՀ ռազմավարական ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ, եկել խոսում են ՀՀ «աննախադեպ ժողովրդավարությունը փաստող» բանաձևին Hayk Mamijanyan -ի դեմ քվեարկելու մասին։
 
Որն է՞ ժողովրդավարությունը. այն, որ նույն Հայկի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել երկիրը հանձնողների դեմ երթ, ակցիա կամ պարզապես փողոց դուրս գալու համա՞ր։
Թե՞ ընդդիմադիր ու նույնիսկ չեզոք հայացքներ ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչների, ՏԻՄ-ում առաջադրված թեկնածուների նկատմամբ ճնշումները, ընդհուպ կալանավորման բազմաթիվ միջադեպերն են խոսում չտեսնված, չլսված «ժողովրդավարության» մասին։
 
Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ականջները կախ ընդունում ու առաջ են տանում այս իշխանության հայտարարած՝ Արցախի ու Հայաստանի ադրբեջանացման օրակարգը, պարտվողականությունը եկել են ու փորձում են պետության մասին դասեր տալ նրանց, ովքեր իրենց ողջ կյանքը նվիրել են հայրենիքին ու այսօր էլ անում են հնարավորն ու անհնարինը։
 
Թե ինչ ահռելի աշխատանք են տանում Հայկն ու մեր մյուս ընկերները մեր երկրի սահմաններից դուրս՝ հայի շահը ներկայացնելու և առաջ մղելու համար, դրա մասին նույնիսկ իշխանության ներսում են տեղյակ։
 
Դա միայն ԵԽԽՎ կամ ՀՀ խորհրդարանական ձևաչափերը չեն, դրանք բոլոր այն հարթակներն են, որտեղ ՀՀԿ-ն աշխատանքի մեծ ճակատ է ստեղծել երկար տարիների ընթացքում և այսօր էլ օգտագործելով իր ահռելի փորձը, արտերկրում ունեցած մեծ կապերը, անընդհատ ներկայացնում, պնդում և առաջ է տանում մեր երկրի համար կենսական անհրաժեշտություն համարվող հարցերը։
 
Մեր պայքարն այս տարածաշրջանում հայի գոյության համար շարունակվելու է և դրանում իր հսկայական մասնաբաժինն այսօրը, վաղը և որքան անհրաժեշտ կլինի, վստահաբար ունենալու է նաև Հայկը։
