Մոսկվայի հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպումից և ելույթից հետո ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանի հետ զրուցել է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի թղթակից Ազա Բաբայանը, ով հետաքրքրվել է իշխանափոխության «ճանապարհային քարտեզից».
Պրն Օսկանյան, եռյակին մեծամասամբ քննադատում են նաև այդ «ճանապարհային քարտեզ» ասածի բացակայության մեջ։ Ասում են, որ չեք ներկայացնում ո՛չ իշխանափոխության մեխանիզմը, ո՛չ «ճանապարհային քարտեզը», որևէ հստակ բան չեք ասում՝ ո՛չ ժամկետների, ո՛չ էլ սցենարի առումով։ Կարո՞ղ եք մի փոքր բացել փակագծերը՝ ինչպե՞ս եք Դուք տեսնում այդ իշխանափոխությունը, ի՞նչ ձևով է դա արվելու։Այս պահին կոնկրետ իշխանափոխության «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» մասին ես չէի ուզենա խոսել։ Բայց անպայման կլինի, ժողովուրդը դրա մասին կիմանա՝ դա լինելու է առանց ցնցումների, խաղաղ ճանապարհով իշխանափոխության «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»։ Եվ շուտով կարծում եմ, որ դա մենք կներկայացնենք։ Դու ճիշտ ես դնում հարցադրումը, ժողովուրդը ճիշտ է դնում։ Այնտեղ որոշ հստակություն է պետք՝ ժամկետների առումով, և թե դա ինչպես է արվելու։ Ես վստահեցնում եմ, որ դա անպայման կլինի։ Բայց նաև հարց է, չէ՞՝ թե արդյոք իշխանափոխությունից հետո Եռյակը, Համաժողովրդական շարժումը ծրագիր ունի՞ երկիրը այս վիճակից դուրս բերելու։
Փաստորեն, Եռյակը իշխանափոխության ճանապարհային քարտեզ չունի: Մինչդեռ հոկտեմբերի 10-ի հանրահավաքում, երբ Ծառուկյանը չնայած ուրախ էր, որ մեզ հետ է, մեր կողքին կանգնած, բայց հայտարարեց, որ իշխանափոխության ճանապարհային քարտեզը կներկայացնի հոկտեմբերի 24-ի հանրահավաքում: Այդ լուսապայծառ օրը Ծառուկյանը ակնարկեց, որ այդ «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»-ըինքնստիքյան համաժողովրդական շտաբների ստեղծումն է: Հայտարարելով այդ չարաբաստիկ քարտեզի բացակայության մասին՝ Վարդան Մինասիչը ընդամենը բացահայտեց, որ իր լիդերը խիշտ չի խոսում, ոչ մի քարտեզ էլ չկա, այլ միայն սեպարատ քայլերով փորձում է ձգձգել իրադարձությունների զարգացումը՝ որևէ ոսկե ձկնիկից իշխանություն աղերսելու աղոտ հույսով:
Փաստորեն՝ բազկամարտիկ Ծառուկյանը շախմատ է խաղում: Սկզբում հայտարարում է համաժողովրդական շտաբների ձևավորման մասին՝ որպես իշխանափոխության կարևորագույն նախապայման, այնուհետև հասկանալով, որ տրաֆարետ փոխելով շտաբներ ձևավորելու խաբեությունը ջրի երես է դուրս գալիս (ընդամենը ԲՀԿ-ի գրասենյակների տրաֆարետները փոխելով՝ այն համաժողովրդական շարժում կամ դրա շտաբներ չի դառնում)՝ Օսկանյանին ուղարկում է դռնեդուռ, իբր մենք արտերկրում մոբիլիզացնում ենք հակաիշխանական ռեսուրսը: Բա եթե ճանապարհային քարտեզ և քայլերի հաջորդականություն չունեք, հարգելիս, և ճշգրիտ հաշվարկված չեն ձեր քայլերի արդյունքները, էլ ինչու՞ էիք մի քանի հանրահավաք անում, մարդկանց գործից կտրում՝ հայտարարելու համար, որ դուք ունեք իշխանափոխության այդ չարաբաստիկ «ճանապարհային քարտեզ»-ը:
