Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցին՝ երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակի առթիվ: Ուղերձում նշված է.

«Ձերդ Գերազանցություն,

2022 թվականը հոբելյանական է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության համար. երեսուն տարի առաջ՝ 1992 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին, մեր երկրների միջև հաստատվեցին դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ:

Հետադարձ հայացք նետելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերությունների պատմությանը՝ գոհունակությամբ եմ արձանագրում, որ դրանք շարունակաբար զարգացել և ընդլայնվել են՝ համագործակցության տարեգրությունը հարստացնելով հիշարժան բազում իրադարձություններով: Հաջողությամբ է ընթանում բարձր մակարդակի քաղաքական երկխոսությունը: Սերտ կապեր են հաստատվել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի և ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի միջև:

Գերմանիայի հետ փոխգործակցության կարևոր ոլորտներից է տեխնիկական և ֆինանսական համագործակցությունը, որի շրջանակում Գերմանիայի դաշնային կառավարությունը տարիներ շարունակ աջակցել է Հայաստանի կայուն զարգացմանը և ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումներին: Գերմանիան Հայաստանի կարևոր տնտեսական գործընկերներից է, իսկ ԵՄ երկրներից՝ առաջինը:

Ակտիվ փոխգործակցություն է ծավալվել մշակույթի, գիտության ու կրթության, ինչպես նաև ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության ոլորտներում։ Առկա է լայն իրավապայմանագրային դաշտ:

Ուրախությամբ եմ հիշում 2019 և 2020 թվականներին իմ՝ Գերմանիա կատարած այցը, ինչպես նաև դաշնային կանցլերի՝ 2018 թվականին Հայաստան կատարած այցը, որոնց ընթացքում նախանշվեցին մեր երկկողմ օրակարգի զարգացման նոր հեռանկարները:

Շրջադարձային իրադարձություն էր 2016 թվականի հունիսի 2-ին ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին բանաձևի ընդունումը, որով Գերմանիան նույնպես իր լուրջ ավանդը բերեց մարդկության դեմ այդօրինակ հանցագործությունների ճանաչման ու կանխարգելման միջազգային գործընթացին:

Լիահույս եմ, որ Գերմանիայի աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափի աշխատանքներին կլինի շարունակական՝ ուղղված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ և համապարփակ հանգուցալուծմանը: Վստահ եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք նոր լիցք հաղորդել հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունների զարգացման դրական դինամիկային։
