Ինչպես հայտնի է օրերս խորհրդարանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է 2021 թվականի մայիսից միջազգային հանրության կողմից մերժվող, այնուամենայնիվ հայկական օրակարգում պահպանվող Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման հարցի շուրջ ՀՀ իշխանությունների առաջարկները: Իր խոսքում Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը նախ և առաջ պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկեն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին անվտանգության և կայունության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ և գործը տանեն դեպի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հանձնաժողովի ձևավորում։

Ներկայացնելով զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման գաղափարը՝ նա նշել է, որ զորքերը հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային գծից հավասար հեռավորության վրա պետք է հետ քաշվեն, որից հետո սահմանների պահպանությունը պետք է հանձնվի սահմանափակ թվով սահմանապահ ծառայության ծառայողների, և արդյունքում՝ հընթացս պետք է տեղի ունենա միջազգային մոնիտորինգ՝ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու իմաստով։ Նշենք նաև, որ այս ընդհանուր ֆոնին Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցություններ են սկսվում, ուստի հայկական կողմն ամեն դեպքում ցանկանում է դիվանագիտական լուծումներ գտնել իրավիճակին, թեև առաջարկը ոչ միանշանակ է նաև ընկալվում:

Ըստ էության, նման առաջարկներ արվում են այն ժամանակ, երբ չկա ներուժ, կամ նպատակահարմար չէ ռազմական ճանապարհով խնդիրը տեղում լուծել, այլ կերպ ասած՝ սրանք կարելի է համարել ստիպված քայլեր: Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ այս առաջարկները չեն ընդունվելու, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը լիովին տիրապետում է իրավիճակին ու հասկանում իրերի դրությունը: Նման առաջարկները ներկայումս Ադրբեջանի համար որպես պայման են հնչում, իսկ Ադրբեջանը համարում է, որ հաղթել է, և Հայաստանը պայմաններ թելադրելու իրավունք չունի:

Բոլորս տեսնում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է շրջանառել ուժային խաղաքարտը, ուստի կանխատեսումը, որ էսկալացիաներ հնարավոր են, ճիշտ է, քանի որ կարծես որոշ գործընթացներ կան, սակայն առաջընթաց՝ դելիմիտացիայի և, այսպես կոչված, «Խաղաղության համաձայնագրի» ուղղությամբ, չկա: Ավելին, դրան զուգահեռ՝ Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան շարունակում են Շուշիի հռչակագրի տրամաբանությամբ առաջնորդվել, խորացնում են ռազմական միությունը՝ չբացառելով, որ գործընթացին կարող են միանալ այլ երկրներ ևս, այլ կերպ ասած՝ սա թուրանական տրամաբանությունն է:

Ստացվում է, որ չնայած տարբեր կառույցների կողմից հնչող խաղաղասիրական և հումանիստական կոչերին, շեշտը դրված է ուժային բաղադրիչի վրա, այդ մասին բաց հայտարարվում է, քանի որ դրա շնորհիվ են տարածաշրջանում փոփոխություններ գրանցվել:

Ընդհանուր ստեղծված իրադրությունում տրամաբանական կլիներ, որպեսզի կողմերից մեկի միջոցով լարվածությունը թուլանար, իսկ, եթե դա տեղի չունենում՝ էսկալացիան անխուսափելի է դառնալու:
