Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի սկանդալային հայտարարությունները Հայաստանի՝ ոչ մեկին պետք չլինելու մասին, անհեթեթ ֆլեշմոբ են հարուցել հայաստանյան իշխանական շրջանակներում, որի նույնքան անհեթեթ ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են համոզել, թե հատկապես ում և ինչին է պետք Հայաստանը։

Ըստ էության, Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարությունը, սակայն, հերթական անգամ ապացուցեց Հայաստանի՝ որպես պետության, չգոյությունը։ Ակնհայտ վիրավորական ու պետական արժանապատվությունը ոտնահարող այդ հայտարարությանը Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն պատասխանեց խեղկատակության մակարդակով, իսկ իշխանության ավելի «հուժկու» պատասխանները սահմանափակվեցին հատկապես խեղկատակի դերում հանդես եկող մի քանի պատգամավորների ամոթալի զեղումներով։

Հերթական այս միջադեպը ցույց տվեց, որ եթե ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները նախկինում վախենում էին համարժեք արձագանքել՝ միայն Ռուսաստանի, իսկ պատերազմից հետո՝ նաև Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ղեկավարներին, ապա այդ ցանկում ավելացել է նաև Բելառուսը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երևի հաշվել է, որ  Լուկաշենկոյի շուրթերով միութենական պետության մասին բարբառել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը,  և խուսափել է համարժեք պատասխանից՝ վերջինիս հետ իր իշխանության համար խնդիրներ չստեղծելու համար։

Այնուհանդերձ, ինչ վերաբերում է Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարության բովանդակությանը, ապա իր ողջ գռեհկությամբ ու ցինիզմով հանդերձ՝ այն որոշակիորեն պարունակում է օբյեկտիվ իրականության արձանագրում։ Ընդ որում, «ո՞ւմ  է պետք» հարցադրումն ամենևին չի բացառում կոնկրետ պատասխաններ, և Բելառուսի նախագահը հենց դա է ակնարկում։ Լուկաշենկոն, ըստ էության, ասում է, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ու հատկապես դրանից հետո Փաշինյանի վարած անարժանապատիվ քաղաքականության արդյունքում Հայաստանը՝ որպես այդպիսին, պետք է միայն Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային՝ իրենց նպատակներն իրագործելու համար։

Փաստացի, նա Հայաստանին «բարեկամաբար» այլընտրանք է առաջարկում՝ ի դեմս միութենական պետության։ Լուկաշենկոյի տրամաբանությունն այն է, որ եթե Նիկոլը նետվել է թշնամական պետությունների գիրկը, ապա ավելի լավ կլինի նետվել ոչ այնքան թշնամական երկրների ակումբ, որի անդամներից գոնե Ռուսաստանը, իհարկե, բացառապես սեփական նպատակներով, առնվազն ապահովում է Արցախի անվտանգությունը։

Հավանաբար շատերը կհամաձայնեն, որ այս իրավիճակն ամբողջությամբ արտահայտում է այն ողբերգականությունը, որում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «հմուտ ղեկավարությամբ» հայտնվել է Հայաստանը՝ կորցնելով իրական ինքնիշխանությունը և ստիպված լինելով կցվել այս կամ այն երկրին կամ աշխարհաքաղաքական միավորին։ Այն դեպքում, երբ պետության շահերով առաջնորդվող իշխանության խնդիրը պետք է լիներ բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով նման այլընտրանքների բացառումը։ Բայց քանի որ Փաշինյանին հետաքրքրում է բացառապես սեփական իշխանության պահպանումը, նա այդ նպատակով կարող է ընտրել՝ ինչպես թուրքական աշխարհի հետ ինտեգրման, այնպես էլ՝ եվրասիականության միջոցով Հայաստանի անկախության կորստի հնարավորությունը, նայած, թե ընտրության պահին տարբերակներից որը առավելագույնս կնպաստի Հայաստանում իր՝ արդեն ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ թուրքական կամ ռուսական տեղապահության պահպանմանը։
