«Հիմա գիրք բավական շատ է հրատարակվում: Թափելիքը չհաշված՝ երևույթն ինքին լավ է, շատ-շատ լավ է, որովհետև խոտան-աղբը թափելուց հետո տակը հաստատ կարգին գրքեր մնում են: Իսկ որ այդ խոտան-աղբը մեխանիկորեն դուրս է մղվելու, կասկած չունեմ: Բայց մի երևույթ անկեղծորեն՝ եթե չասեմ զայրացնում, ապա գոնե զարմացնում է: Չգիտեմ՝ հեղինակների, թե առանձին հրատարակիչների (գոնե արտասահմանյան գրականության ու դասականների դեպքում՝ հաստատ հրատարակիչների) խնայելը հաճախ բռնում է սրբագրության վրա: Կազմերը՝ ճոխ, դիզայնը՝ ճոխ, թուղթը՝ ճոխ, բավական գումարներ արժեն ու թող արժենան, ոչ ոք դեմ չէ: Դրանց համար գումար խնայելը հատկապես բիզնես տեսակետից համարվում է գրեթե սրբապղծություն: Բայց այն, ինչին ուզում եմ ուշադրություն դարձվի, նույնքան էական է: Գրքեր կան, գնում ես, ուզում ես կարդալ ու... սկսվում են տոննայով սխալները: Հատուկ չեմ նշում ՎՐԻՊԱԿ բառը, քանզի 1-2 վրիպակ ամեն գրքում կլինի: Տասնյակ վրիպակների հետ բազմաթիվ կոպիտ սխալներ կան, անգրագետ սխալներ, անընդհատ կրկնվող, երբեմն միտքն աղավաղող սխալներ (կետադրության մասին խոսելն անիմաստ եմ համարում): Հեղինակներ ջան, հրատարակիչներ ջան, գրքի սիրունությունից, հենց բովանդակությունից պակաս կարևոր չէ գրագետ, մաքուր շարվածքը, ուստի խնդրում եմ՝ մեկ-մեկ էլ դրան ուշադրություն դարձրեք: Ինչ վերաբերում է թարգմանություններին ու դրանց խմբագրմանը, սա արդեն այլ խոսակցության նյութ է: Այս դեպքում երբեմն այնպիսի տեքստերի կարելի է հանդիպել, որոնց մոտ <Սուրբ կիրակիի տոն>-ի կամ <Օ հինգ>-ի կարգի թարգմանություններն ուղղակի վրիպակներ են: Ժողովուրդ ջան, ախր ամեն բանասիրական կրթություն ունեցող դեռ սրբագրիչ չէ, օտար լեզվին տիրապետող ամեն ոք դեռ թարգմանիչ չէ, կարդալ իմացող ամեն մեկը դեռ գրքի խմբագիր չէ»,- «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում իր մտահոգություններն է կիսել գրող Արտակ Ճաղարյանը:
