Փետրվարի 15-ն աշխարհում նշվում է Մանկական քաղցկեղի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը, որը գլոբալ համագործակցային արշավ է` բարձրացնելու մանկական քաղցկեղի մասին իրազեկությունը և աջակցություն հայտնելու քաղցկեղով հիվանդ երեխաներին և դեռահասներին, վերապրածներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին: ՀՀ առողջապահոթյան նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր տարի Հայաստանում քաղցկեղով հիվանդանում է 80-100 մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխա։

Դեպքերի շուրջ 40%-ը լեյկեմիաներն են, որոնց բուժումն իրականացվում է գերմանական BFM ծրագրով և ապահովում է գրեթե 75-80% կատարյալ առողջացում մանուկների մոտ։ Մանկական սոլիդ ուռուցքների թիվը կազմում է տարեկան մոտավորապես 40-50 առաջնակի դեպք, որոնցից առավել հաճախ հանդիպողները ԿՆՀ-ի ուռուցքները, սարկոմաները և երիկամի ուռուցքներն են։

Կյանքում առաջին անգամ հաստատված ախտորոշումով և ուռուցքաբանական հիմնարկներում գրանցված չարորակ նորագոյացություններով պացիենտների թիվը մեր երկրում 2019 թվականին մինչև 14 տարեկան երեխաների շրջանում կազմել է 12.8 դեպք՝ 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով, 15-17 տարեկանների շրջանում` 11.8 դեպք, իսկ 2020 թվականին մինչև 14 տարեկան երեխաների շրջանում` 10.0 դեպք և 15-17 տարեկանների շրջանում` 9.4 դեպք:

Ներկայումս Հայաստանում հնարավոր է այս երեխաների լիարժեք բուժումն անցկացնել  ստանդարտացված ամերիկյան և եվրոպական պրոտոկոլներով, իրականացնել բարձր դոզային քիմիաթերապիա։

2018 թվականից նաև հասանելի է ոսկրածուծի աուտոտրանսպլանտանցիան։ Երեխաների ուռուցքաբանական և արյունաբանական հիվանդությունների բժշկական օգնության ծառայություններն իրականացվում են պետական պատվերի շրջանակներում: Հայաստանում ընդլայնվել է քաղցկեղի ախտորոշման համար կիրառվող մեթոդների ցանկը, ինչպես նաև գործարկվել է տարբեր ուռուցքների վաղ ախտորոշմանը, հիվանդության տարածվածության և բուժման արդյունավետության գնահատումը պոզիտրոն էմիսիոն տոմոգրաֆիայի համակցված կոմպյուտերային տոմոգրաֆիայի (ՊԵՏ-ԿՏ) միջոցով:

2021 թվականից հետազոտությունը ներառվել է հատուկ ու դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների ցանկում և հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով  իրականացնել առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով: Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ ստեղծվել է մանկական քաղցկեղի պալիատիվ ծառայությունը և պալիատիվ (ամոքիչ) բժշկական օգնության բաժանմունքը, որը նախատեսված է 5 մահճակալի համար: Ծառայությունն իրականացնում են մանկական պալիատիվ բուժօգնության հարցերի շուրջ վերապատրաստված բժիշկներ, հոգեբաններ, բուժքույրեր: Մասնագիտական թիմը ծառայություններ է տրամադրում շաբաթը 7 օր 24 ժամ սկզբունքով, որն ուղղված է հնարավորինս բարելավվելու պացիենտի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների կյանքը:

Մանկական օնկո-հեմատոլոգիական հիվանդություններով երեխաների և դեռահասների բուժման համար 2021 թվականին ձեռք է բերվել 23 անվանում ուռուցքաբանական դեղ, որոնք անվճար տրամադրվել են համապատասխան հիվանդներին: Նշենք նաև, որ հակաուռուցքային դեղեր ստացվում են նաև մարդասիրական օգնության ճանապարհով:
