Հետապնդումներով և սև ցուցակներով Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ նպատակ է դրել ահաբեկել Արցախում ապրող մարդկանց, որոնք տարբեր ատյաններում փորձում են առաջ տանել Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ասել է Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից նաեւ Արցախի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ հայտարարվող հետախուզումներին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանցիները նշել են, թե, անգամ Արցախի նախագահի նկատմամբ են հետախուզում հայտարարել։

Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների մեջ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը երկու հիմնական ուղղություն է մատնանշում․ առաջինն, ըստ նրա, Արցախի ժողովրդին ահաբեկելու համար պաշտոնյաների հանդեպ հետախուզում հայտարարելն է, իսկ երկրորդը՝ արտաքին աշխարհից Արցախի մեկուսացումը խորացնելը։ Հերթական մանիպուլյատիվ քայլերով, ինչպես պարոն Ստեփանյանն է նկատում, ադրբեջանական կողմը միջազգային հանրությանը նաև մոլորության մեջ գցելու փորձ է անում՝ շեղելով նրանց ուշադրությունը արցախահայության նկատմամբ իր դրսևորած ատելությունից և անհանդուրժողանակությունից։

«Ասեմ, որ ինքս հաճախակի եմ ադրբեջանցի տարբեր օգտատերերի կողմից սպառնալիքներ ստանում, բայց դրանք դիտարկում եմ որպես արցախահայության իրավունքների դեմ ուղղված հերթական ահաբեկչական գործողություն։ Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանն այդ կերպ փորձում է թույլ չտալ, որ միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները՝ այդ թվում իրավապահ, գան ու իրենց աչքով տեսնեն Արցախում տիրող վիճակը»,- «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը։

Հետախուզումներ հայտարարելով, գուցե ադրբեջանը, փորձի սահմանափակել որոշ արցախցիների ազատ տեղաշարժը այլ երկրներում, բայց և, միևնույն ժամանակ, ՄԻՊ-ը հույս է հայտնում, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ հարցում համախոհներ չի գտնի արտաքին աշխարհում։

«Եթե կան ռազմական հանցագործներ, ապա նրանց պետք է փնտրել հենց Ադրբեջանում՝ ի դեմս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և այդ երկրի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության։ Նրանք 44 օր շարունակ տարբեր տեսակի՝ այդ թվում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքով արգելված զինատեսակերից, ուղիղ թիրախավորել են Արցախի գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը՝ այդ թվում մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը, ինչի հետևանքով 80 քաղաքացիական անձ է զոհվել 44 օրերի ընթացքում»,-ասաց Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը։
