Երևանում կայացած «Եվրանեսթ» ԽՎ բյուրոյի և հանձնաժողովների նիստերը պատմության մեջ կհիշվեն որպես ադրբեջանցի երկու պատգամավորների այցի, գործող վարչախմբի ներկաայցուցիչների անատամ պահվածքի եւ թշնամու առջեւ ռեւերանսների, ադրբեջանցիների դեմ բողոքի ակցիաների շնորհիվ։ Այդուհանդերձ, հարկավոր է փաստել, որ այդ նիստերում Հայաստանը ներկայացրել են ոչ միայն պոպուլիստ ու անճարակ իշխանավորները, այլեւ քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնց համար էականն ու առանցքայինն առաջին հերթին սեփական երկրի արժանապատվությունն է։ Իսկ նրանց հնչեցրած մեսիջները կարեւոր են հետագայի համար։

ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Արթուր Ղազինյանի եւ այլոց ելույթներում կարմիր թելի պես ծրագրային մի թել էր անցնում՝ չշփոթել հայ ժողովրդին եւ հայկական պետությունը մի խումբ պոպուլիստների հետ, ովքեր պատահականորեն ղեկավարում են Հայաստանն այս ծանր ժամանակաշրջանում։ Իհարկե բարդ է եվրոպացիներին բացատրել, թե Հայաստան պետությունը միայն փաշինյանական վարչակազմը չէ, որ ներկայացնում է։ Կան իրապես հայրենասեր անհատներ, որոնք թույլ չեն տա ոտնատակ տալ ՀՀ արժանապատվությունը։

«Ինչպես մարդկության մի զգալի հատված, այսօր մեր պետությունը գտնվում է օրեցօր խորացող տուրբուլենտության կիզակետում, որտեղ աշխարհը դարձել է առավել վտանգավոր, կարմիր գծերը դադարել են գործել, իսկ ավանդական քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը փոխարինվել է լայն տարածում գտած պոպուլիզմով»,- նշել է Ղազինյանն ու հավելել, թե Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը, որ Մերձավոր արևելքից միջազգային ահաբեկիչների ներգրավմամբ, Արցախում և Հայաստանում գործել են մարդկայինության դեմ բազմաթիվ հանցանքներ, մինչ օրս չեն պատժվել. եվրոպական ոչ մի պատժամիջոց չեն կիրառվել նրանց դեմ:

«Այսօր իմ երկիրը գտնվում է բավական ծանր իրավիճակում. այն վարակված է պոպուլիզմի ծանր վարակով: Բայց սա երկար չի տևելու: Ադրբեջանցի «գործընկերներին» ուղղված իմ մեսիջը շատ պարզ է. չշփոթեք Հայ Ազգը Հայկական պետությունը մի խումբ պոպուլիստների հետ, ովքեր պատահականորեն ղեկավարում են Հայաստանը այս ծանր ժամանակահատվածում: Երբեք չմոռանաք այն պատերազմի արդյունքը, երբ մեր պետությունը ղեկավարվում էր ոչ թե պոպուլիստների, այլ իրական առաջնորդների կողմից: Չմոռանաք նաև, որ նույնիսկ քանակական առավելության և Թուրքիայի, Պակիստանի ու միջազգային ահաբեկիչների աջակցության պայմաններում երիտասարդ Հայ զինվորները 44 օր կատաղի կռիվ տալով, պաշտպանում էին իրենց Հայրենիքը: Եվ վերջապես, Հայ ազգի և պետական մարդկանց անունից փոխանցեք պարոն Ալիևին և նրա բոսերին, որ Ղարաբաղը մշտապես եղել է, հիմա կա և ապագայում լինելու է Հայկական»,- արձանագրել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։

Ըստ էության, այս փաստարկն էական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Թշնամիներն ու «բարեկամները» իրենց երկարաժամկետ հարաբերություններում եւ քաղաքականության մեջ գիտակցեն՝ փաշինյանական վարչախումբն ի վերջո հեռացվելու է, կրելու է իր քաղաքական եւ իրավական պատասխանատվությունը, իսկ Հայաստանը ոտքիէ կանգնելու։
