Երեկ ազերները նշում էին 1992թ-ին Խոջալում, իրենց կողմից կազմակերպված, իրենց կողմից իրականացված և իրենց կողմից ճանաչված «ցեղասպանության» 30 ամյակը: Զավեշտալի էր, բայց նույնիսկ ուկրաինայի դեսպանն էր գնացել ու ծնկի իջել այդ 30 ամյա տրագիկոմեդիկ թատրոնի առջև:
 
Տրագեդիա, որովհետև մարդիկ են զոհվել, կոմեդիա` որովհետև ֆաշիստական Բաքուն շարունակում է անմեղ մարդկանց արյան վրա կեղտոտ քաղաքականություն վարել: Այս մասին խոստովանել է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախկին նախագահ Մութալիբովը` չեխ լրագրողին տրված իր հարցազրույցում (1992թ):
 
Ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ 30 ամյակը նշող կեղծարար ֆաշիստները, (որոնք հանուն իրենց քաղաքական պայքարի, դաժանորեն սպանեցին հումանիտար միջանցքով անցած և ադրբեջանական վերահսկողության տակ գտնված իրենց հայրենակիցներին), շարունակում են մեղադրել մեզ հայերիս:
 
Սա մառազմ է, սովորական մառազմ, որը տեռորիստի ու հանցագործի հեգեբանությանն է հարիր` հանցանքը գործել ու այն գցել տուժողի վրա:
 
Երեկ բաքվի թերթերը կրկին հիշել էին ՀՀ 2-րդ և 3-րդ նախագահներին` այս անգամ էլ փորձելով Խոջալուի իրադարձության մեղքերը նրանց վրա բարդել:
 
Ասենք, որ նրանց քարոզչական տրյուկները չեն ստացվելու: Բազմաթիվ փաստեր կան, որոնք այլ բան են ասում:
Ֆաշիստական Բաքուն թող պատմի թե ինչու՞ սպանեցին լրագրող Չինգիզ Մուստաֆաևին, և ինչու՞ նրա նկարահանած ֆիլմը, ընդդիմության պահանջով, Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում ցուցադրելուց հետո, Բաքվում սկսվեցին զանգվածային ցույցեր, հրաժարականներ իսկ մի քանի օրից տեղի ունեցավ հեղաշրջում:
 
Ակնհայտ էր, որ ադրբեջանական «ժողովրդական ճակատ» շարժումը, իշխանությունը զավթելու համար էր կազմակերպել Խոջալուից անվտանգ դուրս եկած և Աղդամի տարածք հասած խաղաղ բնակիչներին:
 
Այնպես, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, կամ որևէ հայ գործչի այդ հարցում զրպարտելուց առաջ, ազերիների լրատվամիջոցները թող հիշեն իրեն «ժողովրդական ճակատ» շարժումը:
