Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ մարդկային բնության ու հոգեբանության առանձնահատկություններից մեկն այն է, որ ժամանակի հետ վերջինները համակերպվում են գրեթե ամեն ինչին։ Այն, ինչը ոչ վաղ անցյալում կարող էր պատկերավորվել՝ որպես դժոխային, ժամանակի ու տարածության մեջ դառնում է սովորական, ամենօրյա գոյություն։ Այդպիսին են անգամ ամենադաժան արհավիրքների նկատմամբ մարդկանց ռեակցիաները։

Ապացուցված իրողություն է այն, որ պատերազմներն առաջին օրերին իրենց ողբերգականությամբ խառնում են անգամ ամենաանտարբերների հոգիները, բայց որքան ավելի երկար են դրանք տևում, այնքան ավելի սովորական է դառնում նույնիսկ մերձավորի մահը։ Նույնը տեղի է ունենում նաև պետությունների հետ։ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իրավիճակն ու նման իշխանության գոյությունը տարիներ առաջ կանխատեսողին կուղարկեին հոգեբուժարան, հիմա մենք ապրում ենք հենց այնպիսի Հայաստանում, որպիսին երևակայելն անմեղսունակություն կհամարվեր։

Բոլորս տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մատ և էլի ինչ-որ բան թափ տալու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնում ԱԺ ամբիոնից, հանրությունը դրան արձագանքում է ծույլ անտարբերությամբ, այն դեպքում, երբ տարիներ առաջ որևէ պաշտոնյայի կողմից նման վարքագիծ ցուցաբերելը կարժենար բողոքի տասնյակ ակցիաներ, ինքնահրկիզումներ ու պախարակումներ։ Այստեղ խնդիրն ավելի խորքային է. հեղափոխություն կոչվածից հետո անցած չորս տարիներին մարդիկ հակապետական, հակահասարակական վարքագծի պատճառով այնքան շոկեր ու հիասթափություններ են ապրել, որ մատ թափ տալը դարձել է սովորական երևույթ, գորշ լրահոսի անցողիկ մի մաս, որը վաղը կրկնվելու է մեկ այլ՝ ըստ ամենայնի, ավելի գռեհիկ դրսևորմամբ։

Խնդիրն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի կամ որևէ այլ քայլառաստի հայհոյախոսությունը, սակայն, իրականում ավելի խորքային պրոբլեմների մակերեսային արտահայտությունն է։ Ավելի խորքում խնդիրն այն է, որ մարդիկ, քաղաքացիները համակերպվել են պետության չգոյության հետ, որովհետև տարիների մեջ բազմաթիվ անգամներ ապրել են պետության կորստի շոկը և հիմա ապրում են անպետություն կյանքով։ Իսկ երբ բովանդակային առումով պետությունը բացակայում է, նրա ատրիբուտների հետ նույնքան ատրիբուտիկ պաշտոն զբաղեցնողները կարող են անել սրտի ուզածը։

Ըստ էության, որևէ քիչ թե շատ նորմալ երկրում Նիկոլի իշխանության հետ անգամ մոտավոր աղերս ունեցող իշխանությունը չէր հանդուրժվի հասարակության կողմից այն ամենից հետո, ինչ արել է պետության հետ։ Հայաստանում, սակայն, հանդուրժվում է այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նա ոչ թե ուղղակի որևէ վնաս է պատճառել պետությանը, այլ վերացրել է պետության բովանդակությունն ու իմաստը ու հիմա նրանից մնացած ձևական դեկորների հետ վարվում է՝ ըստ իր դաստիարակության ու քաղաքակրթության աստիճանի կամ դրանց բացակայության։

Փաստ է այն, որ ժամանակը մարդուն ստիպում է համակերպվել ոչ միայն մերձավորի, այլ նաև պետության, հայրենիքի կորստի հետ։ Հենց դա է տեղի ունեցել Հայաստանում, որը հիմա գոյատևում է պատմական իներցիայով։ Կա հույս, որ իներցիան, այդուհանդերձ, կարող է նաև պետության վերածննդի սերմեր ցանել։ Բայց ամեն օրվա հետ այդ հույսը մարում է, որովհետև ժամանակն անում է իր դաժան գործը՝ պետության չգոյությունը նորմալ դարձնելով հասարակության համար։
