«Պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, բնականաբար, պետք է նախորդի այդ թեմայով բանակցային գործընթացը, ու քանի որ փոխադարձ հայտարարությունները մինչև օրս կոնկրետ բանակցային գործընթացի չեն վերածվել, քանի որ երկու երկրները ուղիղ բանակցությունների հարուստ փորձ չունեն, Հայաստանն առաջիկայում թերևս կդիմի միջնորդներին (ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահությանը) Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության բանակցություններ նախաձեռնելու հարցով: Հարցը ներկայումս գտնվում է մշակման փուլում», – ասել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Վահան Հունանյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք Հայաստանը մտադիր է խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել Բաքվի հետ:

Ի՞նչ է նշանակում «թերևս»: Ի՞նչն է խանգարում Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ին հիմա դիմել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին։

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն Անթալիայում է, որտեղ ջերմ հանդիպում է ունեցել թուրք գործընկերոջ հետ, իսկ ավելի վաղ հանդիպել է Լավրովի հետ և ասել, որ նոր հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ եկել, և անհրաժեշտ է խորհրդակցել։

Լավրովը Անթալիայում հանդիպել է նաև Բաքվի արտգործնախարար Բայրամովի հետ, որի հետ քննարկել է եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների անվերապահ կատարումը։

Այս հանդիպումից անմիջապես հետո Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է ուղարկել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման փաստաթուղթ՝ բաղկացած 5 կետից եւ սպասում է պատասխանի»։ «Մոտ մեկ տարի է, ինչ Հայաստանից մեր առաջարկին արձագանք չի եղել։ Իր բարի կամքը դրսևորելու համար ադրբեջանական կողմը վերջերս նոր առաջարկ է արել Հայաստանին։ Առաջարկը համապարփակ փաստաթուղթ է… Մենք հայկական կողմին առաջարկել ենք մի քանի հիմնարար սկզբունքներ, որոնք ըստ էության ներառում են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը։ Մենք արտահայտել և հաստատել ենք մեր կարծիքը պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հիմնական սկզբունքներին և ավանդույթներին համապատասխան»։

Նրա տեղակալ Խալաֆ Խալաֆովը մանրամասնել է, որ Բաքուն պատրաստ է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել Երեւանի հետ։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր առաջնահերթությունը հաղորդակցությունների վերականգնումն է, այդ թվում՝ Նախիջևանի հետ երկաթուղային և ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհային կապի բացումը։ «Մենք պատրաստ ենք առանց որևէ նախապայմանի սկսել Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի սահմանազատման գործընթացը»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։
