Եթե հետհայացք գցենք աշխարհաքաղաքական գործընթացների վերջին մի քանի ամիսների իրադարձություններին և հայտարարություններին, ապա որոշակի վերապահումներից ելնելով, կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմը կարող էր և չլինել, եթե մարդիկ առաջնորդվեին առողջ մտածողությամբ և ոչ թե հակառուսական կարծրատիպերով: Եթե ավելի անկեղծ՝ խոսքը Արևմուտքի հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչների մասին է: Դիտարկենք Եվրամիության արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով գլխավոր հանձնակատար Ժոզեպ Բորելի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգի մի քանի հայտարարություններ:

Բոլորովին վերջերս Ստոլտենբերգն արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին հայտնել է, որ Արևմուտքը մի շարք սխալներ է թույլ տվել, ինչը խոչընդոտել է Ռուսաստանի հետ մերձեցմանը: Այդ սխալներից էր նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ դառնալու վերաբերյալ Ուկրաինային տրված խոստումը: Վերոհիշյալ հայտարարությանը նախորդել է Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների մեկնաբանությունը: Բորելն իր հերթին հայտնել էր, որ ԵՄ-ն արգելք չի սահմանի ռուսական նավթի և գազի համար՝ ռուսական վառելիքից մեծ կախվածության պատճառով։ Եվ ավելացրել էր, որ, ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ-ի, որտեղ ռուսական նավթի ներկրումն էական մաս չի կազմում, եվրոպացիներն առանց դրա ուղղակի ապրել չեն կարող: Եվ այդ պատճառով էլ ռուսական նավթն ու գազը չեն ներառվել սահմանափակումների ցանկի մեջ: Բորելը, միաժամանակ, հայտարարել էր, որ իրենք ջանքեր են գործադրում այլընտրանքային աղբյուրներ գտնելու համար: Էներգակիրների այլ աղբյուրներ փնտրելուն զուգահեռ Եվրոպայում փորձելու են պակասեցնել ռուսական գազի սպառման ծավալը: Նշենք, որ նախատեսվում է մինչև տարեվերջ սպառումը նվազեցնել 2/3-ի չափով:

Վստահաբար կարող ենք փաստել, որ ՌԴ ֆինանսական հատվածի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառող Եվրոպան զերծ է մնում ռուսական նավթից և գազից հրաժարվելուց, նշանակում է, որ այս հարցում «ժողովրդավարական» Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ քաղաքական վերաբերմունքը ստորադասվում է գործարարությանը: Ինչպես գերմանացի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներից մեկն էր ասել, եթե իրենք հրաժարվեն ռուսական վառելիքից, ապա երկրի ողջ տրանսպորտը կանգ կառնի:

Հունվարին Ֆրանսիայում գումարված ԵՄ արտաքին գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հավաքին Բորելը հայտարարում էր, որ ԵՄ-ն կշարունակի կազմել Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ նոր պատժամիջոցներ, ինչպես նաև այդ հարցում կակտիվացնի համակարգումը ԱՄՆ-ի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի հետ: Եվ այդ ամենը նա ներկայացնում էր որպես պատասխան Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր ագրեսիային: Միաժամանակ հավաստում էր, որ ԵՄ-ն նախընտրում է երկխոսության և բանակցությունների ուղին: Իսկ թե ինչպես է այդպիսի ուղին հարիր նախապատրաստվող պատժամիջոցներին, երևի տեղյակ են եղել պատժամիջոցներ նախագծողները:

Ըստ էության, եթե ժամանակին Արևմուտքը համապատասխան վերաբերմունք ցույց տար ՌԴ նախագահի խաղաղասիրական նախաձեռնությանը և ոչ թե Ուկրաինային խոստումներ տար ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ դառնալու առումով, ապա չէր լինի նաև Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու ակտիվությունը Դոնեցկ-Լուգանսկ ուղղությամբ և չէր լինի նաև այսօրվա պատերազմը: Ստացվում է, որ հակառուսականության տիրույթում արևմտյան «խաղերի» արդյունքում Զելենսկին ամբողջովին կորցրել էր իրականության զգացողությունը, իսկ այդ ամենի վճարն էլ տալիս են ուկրաինացիները՝ իրենց կյանքով և գույքով՝ ողջ երկիրը դարձնելով մի մեծ «պոլիգոն»։
