Մեր կառավարությունը պարբերաբար խոսում է խաղաղության դարաշրջանի մասին և ցանկություն է հայտնում թուրք֊ադրբեջանական տանդեմի հետ խաղաղության ճանապարհով գնալու մասին։

Այս թեմայի մասին orer.am կայքը զրուցել է թուրքագետ Անդրանիկ Իսպիրյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե Թուրքիայում և Ադրբեջանում ինչ տրամադրություններ են և Հայաստանից հնչող հայտարարությունները ինչպե՞ս են գնահատվում այնտեղ` թուրքագետը պատասխանել է, որ հարևան պետությունները դրական են վերաբերում այդ հայտարարություններին և ուշի ուշով հետևում են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող քաղաքական զարգացումներին. «Հարևան երկու պետությունները բավականին նորմալ են ընդունում մեր իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները, քանի որ մեր իշխանության արձագանքները, իրենց հանդեպ դրական են: Հիմա նրանք ուշադիր հետևում են Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքին և անգամ ամենամանր դետալները նրանց համար բավականին կարևոր է։ Մենք կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ մինչ այս պահը Հայաստանում բոլոր գործողությունները զարգանում են Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի ուզածով»:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի այցից հետո Թուրքիայում ի՞նչ տրամադրություններ են նկատելի` թուրքագետն ասաց. «Բնականաբար, իրենք ցանկանում էին, որ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը մեկնի Թուրքիա, որովհետև դա պետք էր իրենց, որ աշխարհին ցույց տան ու հասկացնեն, որ արտգործնախարարների մակարդակով կարող են շարունակել հարաբերությունները: Բայց հանդիպումից հետո Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը կրկին նշեց, որ իրենք սպասում են, որ Հայաստանն ընդունի Ադրբեջանի ներկայացրած այդ հինգ կետը»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 12-ին Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումի շրջանակներում տեղի է ունեցել Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուի հանդիպումը։ Հանդիպման սկզբում նախարար Միրզոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախարար Չավուշօղլուին հրավերի համար։ Այնուհետև արտգործանախարարները վերահաստատել են իրենց պատրաստակամությունը՝ իրականացնելու Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորմանն ու բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների հաստատմանն ուղղված գործընթացն առանց նախապայմանների։ Նրանք համակարծիք էին, որ կարգավորումն անհրաժեշտ է ողջ տարածաշրջանին։ ԱԳ նախարարներն իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնել այս գործընթացում երկու երկրների հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների աշխատանքներին։
