Աննախադեպ քանակով տեղացած ձյան առաջացրած խնդիրների հետ կապված Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետը կոչով դիմել է համաքաղաքացիներին:

 «Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, անդադար տեղացող առատ ձյունը լրջագույն խնդիրներ է ստեղծում Ստեփանակերտի կենսագործունեության բոլոր ոլորտներում: Արդեն երկրորդ օրն է՝ մեր համայնքային ընկերությունների հետ անում ենք հնարավորը ձնամաքրումը ավելի արդյունավետ իրականացնելու համար: Պահի լրջությունը գիտակցելով՝ այդ աշխատանքներին մասնակցում են նաև շինարարական կազմակերպությունները: Բայց բնությունն այս անգամ անզիջում է և, ըստ հիդրոօդերևութաբանների, առաջիկա օրերին տեղումները շարունակվելու են: Ուստի իմ այս կոչը ընդունեք նաև որպես հորդոր, խնդրանք, համագործակցության առաջարկ՝ յուրաքանչյուրդ մաքրեք ձեր բակի, մայթի ձյունը: Դիմում եմ բոլոր հասարակական, երիտասարդական կազմակերպություններին, մեր քաղաքն իրապես սիրող, սրտացավ քաղաքացիներին, միացե՛ք մեզ: Մտածեք, որ այդ ամենն անում եք ձեր երեխաների, մայրերի, անօգնական ծերերի անվտանգության համար: Ցուցաբերեք առավելագույն քաղաքացիական պատասխանատվություն և կանգնեք քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողքին: Ուս ուսի պայքարենք մայթերին գոյացող ձնե կույտերի դեմ, որովհետև ճանապարհի այդ նեղ հատվածներում մեր ունեցած տեխնիկական միավորներն անզոր են...
