Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովը ապաստան է առաջարկել Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկիին։ Այս մասին նա գրել է տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում։

«Զելե՛նսկի, քո հետախուզական ծառայությունները քեզ խորհուրդ տվել են փախչե՞լ Ուկրաինայից: Այդպիսի խորհրդականներ չես ցանկանա անգամ քո թշնամուն, և ես սա ասում եմ առանց հեգնանքի։ Այսինքն՝ նրանք խորհուրդ են տվել առաջինը փախչել խորտակվող նավից։
