«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրադրության վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

««Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը

1. Իր մտահոգությունն ու անհանգստությունն է հայտնում Ուկրաինայում ծավալվող իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ: Ստեղծված իրավիճակը անվտանգության անբաժանելիության անկյունաքարային սկզբունքի անտեսման, միաժամանակ՝ միջազգային իրավունքի տիրույթում ակնհայտ երկակի ստանդարտների բազմակի կիրառման արդյունք է:

2. Կարեւորում է ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման ցանկացած ակտ։ Ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը բռնաճնշումներով խափանելու փորձերը, որպես կանոն, հանգեցնում են զինված հակամարտության եւ պատերազմի: Նաեւ այդ տեսանկյունից է, որ անբեկանելի եւ անքննելի է համարվում ժողովրդի՝ իր պատմական հայրենիքում ինքնորոշվելու, պատմական հայրենիքի մաս կազմող պետության հետ վերամիավորվելու իրավունքը եւ կարեւորվում է «ճանաչում հանուն փրկության» երաշխիքի կիրառումը բոլոր նմանատիպ իրավիճակներում:

3. Անընդունելի եւ խիստ դատապարտելի է համարում որոշ պետություններում սկիզբ առած ռուսատյացության աղաղակող երեւույթները եւ ազգային ու ռասսայական պատկանելության հիմքով խտրականության ցանկացած դրսեւորում։ Նման քաղաքականությունն ամբողջությամբ շեղվում ու հակասում է 20-րդ դարի կեսից ընդունված ու համընդհանուր հռչակված արժեքներին:

4. Արձանագրում է, որ քաղաքական եւ հատկապես տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների աննախադեպ ձեւերի եւ ծավալի կիրառումը չի նպաստելու ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծմանը, սակայն հանգեցնելու է համաշխարհային նոր տնտեսական ճգնաժամի, նոր «երկաթե վարագույրի», որի հետեւանքները կարող են կործանարար դառնալ բազմաթիվ պետությունների համար ու բերել աղքատացման մակարդակի շեշտակի աճի։

5. Լիահույս է, որ ամենասեղմ ժամկետներում Եվրոպայում կվերահաստատվի խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը: Ռուս եւ ուկրաինացի ժողովուրդները կկարողանան գտնել խաղաղ եւ անվտանգ ապրելու ընդունելի լուծումները` իրական բանակցությունների միջոցով:

6. Պահանջում ենք, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները անեն ամեն հնարավորը Ուկրաինայում ապրող հայերին, հատկապես՝ տարեցներին, կանանց եւ երեխաներին ըստ պահանջի հնարավոր աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան տարհանելու եւ կենսաապահովման հարցերը լուծելու ուղղությամբ»։
