ԵՄ երկրները միահամուռ կերպով գազ կգնեն

Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետեւանքով էներգակիրների գների կտրուկ աճի պատճառով ԵՄ-ն մտադիր է գազի համատեղ գնումներ կատարել։ ԵՄ երկրների եւ կառավարությունների ղեկավարները մարտի 25-ի երեկոյան լարված բանակցություններից հետո պայմանավորվել են թույլ տալ «գազի, հեղուկ գազի եւ ջրածնի կամավոր համատեղ գնումներ»։ Այս մասին ասվում է գագաթաժողովի ամփոփիչ հռչակագրում, հաղորդում է Deutsche Welle-ն։  

Փաստաթղթում ասվում է, որ Եվրամիության անդամ երկրները եւ Եվրահանձնաժողովը պետք է հրատապ խթանեն ընդհանուր գնումները։ Նման մոդելը պետք է օգտակար լինի նաեւ Արեւմտյան Բալկանների երկրներին եւ ԵՄ-ի «հարակից արեւելյան գործընկերներին», այսինքն՝ Ուկրաինային, Վրաստանին եւ Մոլդովային, ասվում է հռչակագրում։

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը բարձր է գնահատել գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքները՝ այն համարելով «շատ լավ»։ Նա նշել է, որ խոսքը «գազի գնման հարցում կամավոր համագործակցության» մասին է։ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը ընդհանուր գնումներն անվանել է «գազի գները նվազեցնելու լավագույն գործիքը», եւ ԵՄ-ն՝ որպես խոշոր գնող, կարող է համաձայնեցնել ավելի ցածր գին։ Դա թույլ կտա խուսափել գազի միեւնույն ծավալների համար ԵՄ տարբեր պետությունների միջեւ մրցակցությունից։

Միաժամանակ ԵՄ-ն նոր էներգետիկ գործընկերության շուրջ գործարք է կնքել Վաշինգտոնի հետ։ «Մենք ցանկանում ենք օգնել Եվրոպային հնարավորինս արագ անկախանալ ռուսական գազից»,- Բրյուսելում հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ն մտադիր է այս տարի Եվրոպային մատակարարել լրացուցիչ 15 միլիարդ խմ հեղուկացված բնական գազ նույնքան, որքան մինչ այժմ մատակարարել է Ռուսաստանը։ Փորձագետների կարծիքով՝ դա պետք է հանգեցնի գների աճի։ Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենի կարծիքով՝ ԵՄ-ն ցանկանում է դիմել հուսալի մատակարարներին։

Ուկրաինային աջակցելու համար ԵՄ-ն որոշել է ստեղծել «համերաշխության» հիմնադրամ, եւ այդ նպատակով պետք է դոնորների միջազգային համաժողով գումարվի։ Բացի այդ, եվրոպացիները ցանկանում են կրկնապատկել երկրին տրամադրվող ռազմական օգնությունը՝ այն հասցնելով 1 միլիարդ եվրոյի։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ գագաթաժողովում Ռուսաստանին կոչ է արվել գնալ հրադադարի, բոլոր զորքերը դուրս բերել Ուկրաինայից եւ անհապաղ դադարեցնել ռազմական հանցագործությունները։

Գագաթաժողովի շրջանակում ԵՄ-ն նաեւ հաստատել է անվտանգության նոր ռազմավարությունը, որը նախատեսում է 2025թ․ սկսած մինչեւ 5000 զինվորից բաղկացած արագ արձագանքման ուժերի ստեղծում։
