Հայաստանին որևէ զիջում անելու ցանկություն և իմաստ Բաքվում չեն տեսնում ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ դա ինքնին հակասում է Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ազգային-պետական շահերին, այլ նաև այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանը համոզվել է, որ ՀՀ դե ֆակտո թուրքամետ իշխանությունը պատրաստ է զիջել ու ուժ չկիրառել կասեցնելու հայկական տարածքների օկուպացիան` անկախ դրանց չափից ու գտնվելու վայրից: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը:

«Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի դեպքում չի զիջելու իր կողմից գրավված որևէ դիրք, բարձրունք, ճանապարհ, դաշտ կամ գյուղ: Ոչ մի բան, որը նվաճել է` անկախ նվաճման ճանապարհից: Ու անկախ գտնվելու վայրից` լինի Արցախում, թե Սյունիքում:

Բանակցություններն էլ լինելու են անպտուղ: Դրանք կարող են լավագույն դեպքում կասեցնել այդ պահին առկա առաջընթացը, բայց ոչ երբեք նրանց ձեռքից հետ վերցնել որևէ կորսված տարածք: Ադրբեջանը չի հանձնում ուղղակի, բանակցություններով: Ավելին, Հայաստանին որևէ զիջում անելու ցանկություն և իմաստ Բաքվում չեն տեսնում ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ դա ինքնին հակասում է Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի ազգային-պետական շահերին, այլ նաև այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանը համոզվել է, որ ՀՀ դե ֆակտո թուրքամետ իշխանությունը պատրաստ է զիջել ու ուժ չկիրառել կասեցնելու հայկական տարածքների օկուպացիան` անկախ դրանց չափից ու գտնվելու վայրից: Հիշենք 2020թ. դեկտեմբերին Սյունիքի արևելյան դիրքերի հանձնումը, ապա նաև մայիսից սկսած Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի աստիճանական օկուպացիան, որոնցից հետո հայկական կողմը միայն նիստեր արեց ու ոչ թե զենքով հետ շպրտեց Ադրբեջանի զորքերը, այլ կապիտուլիանտի բերանով առաջարկեց «զորքերի հայելային հետքաշում» անհեթեթությունը: Այսպիսի մոտեցումը կանաչ լույս է Բաքվի համար, որի շարունակությունը այսօր տեսնում ենք Փարուխում ու Խրամորթում: Կարելի է վստահ պնդել, որ սա մարսելուց հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից հաջորդիվ նոր հարձակումներ կլինեն նաև Սյունիքի վրա:

Իրավիճակը փրկելու միակ տարբերակը զինված համակարգված դիմադրությունն է` մարտի դաշտում և բանակցողի փոփոխությունը` դիվանագիտական հարթակում: Երկուսին հասնելու համար կա բացառապես մեկ միջոց` հեռացնել Հայաստանը դե ֆակտո կառավարող թուրքամետ խմբավորմանը և ձևավորել ազգային կառավարություն:
