Հերոսների ծառայության ընթացքը հագեցած էր հումորային պատմություններով և արկածներով, իսկ մեր պատկերացումները բանակի մասին՝ հենց այդպիսին էին։

Մինչ 2020 թվականի չարաբաստիկ պատերազմը՝ մեզանից շատերի պատկերացումները Հայկական բանակի մասին՝ հենց հեռուստասերիալով էին պայմանավորված, երբ երևանցին, գյումրեցին, լոռեցին և այլ շրջաններից եկած տղաներ հավաքվում են մի հարկի տակ, մի գաղափարի շուրջ, այն է` պաշտպանել հայրենիքը և այդ ամենը հումորով համեմված:
