Արցախի իշխանություններին է հասել Շոյգուի և Հասանովի հեռախոսազրույցի բովանդակությունը

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մենք մարտի 29-ին գրել էինք, որ ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն սկսել է անձամբ զբաղվել Արցախում ադրբեջանական սադրանքների կանխմամբ ու ադրբեջանական զորքերի հետքաշմամբ: Այդ լուրը դուր չէր եկել արեւմտամետներին, եւ ընդգծված հակառուսական դիրքորոշմամբ մի կայք նյութ էր հրապարակել՝ ծաղրելով մեր տեղեկատվությունը եւ թերահավատություն հայտնելով մեր տեղեկատվության հետ կապված։ Ճիշտ է՝ ընդամենը մի փոքր հետաքրքրվելու դեպքում բազում ապացույցներ կգտնեին, որոնք հավաստում էին, որ մեր տեղեկատվությունը ճշմարիտ է, սակայն ռուսների հանդեպ ատելությունը թույլ չէր տվել նկատել օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը։

Օրինակ այն, որ Շոյգուն ուղիղ հեռախոսազրույց էր ունեցել Ադրբեջանի Պնախարար Զաքիր Հասանովի հետ եւ «քննարկել Արցախում իրավիճակի կայունացման ուղիները»: ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել դրա վերաբերյալ․ «Պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են ԼՂ-ում իրավիճակի կայունացման եւ Անդրկովկասում անվտանգության պահպանման ուղիները»։

Բացի այդ՝ մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Շոյգուն սկսել է ուղիղ հարաբերվել Արցախում ռուս խաղաղապահների ղեկավարի հետ, իսկ մինչ այդ սովորաբար կապվում էր Հարավային օկրուգի հրամանատարության, այսինքն՝ Արցախի խաղաղապահների վերադասի հետ եւ նրա միջոցով էր փոխանցում իր հրահանգները։

Մեր հրապարակման օրը Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող ռուսական ռազմաբազայից ռուսական ռազմական ինքնաթիռները ցուցադրական թռիչք էին իրականացրել դեպի Արցախ, եւ մեծ թվով մարդիկ՝ Սյունիքում եւ Արցախում, տեսել էին այդ ինքնաթիռների թռիչքները։

Այժմ մեզ լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ են հասել Արցախում իրավիճակի մասին։ Արցախի իշխանություններին է հասել Շոյգուի եւ Հասանովի հեռախոսազրույցի բովանդակությունը, որից երեւում է, թե ինչպես է ՌԴ նախարարը բավականին կոշտ արտահայտություններով պահանջում Հասանովից՝ դուրս բերել իրենց զինված ուժերն Արցախի տարածքից։ Իսկ Հասանովը պատասխանում է, որ նրա պահանջը կփոխանցի իր նախագահին՝ գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարին։

Արցախում վստահ պնդում են, որ Պուտինի եւ Ալիեւի խոսակցությունը նույնպես բավականին կոշտ է ընթացել, եւ ՌԴ նախագահը կրկնել է Շոյգուի միջոցով փոխանցած պահանջը՝ զորքը ետ վերադարձնել ելման դիրքեր։
