Ինչպես հայտնի է ապրիլի 5-ին Ազատության հրապարակում կայացած հանրահավաքը բավական լուրջ քաղաքական իրողությունների արձանագրում էր։ Ի դեպ՝ այդ իրողությունները ոչ այնքան հանրահավաքի հարթակում էին, որքան հենց հրապարակում՝ մասնակիցների շարքերում։ Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այս իշխանությունից դժգոհ որոշ շրջանակներ, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև արդարացված դժգոհում էին, որ իրենց սպասումները չարդարացան, այնուհանդերձ հանրահավաքն իրականում այն մասին էր, որ հասարակության մեջ կա զգալի առողջ հատված, որը եթե ոչ՝ քաղաքական, ապա՝ առնվազն մարդկային ու ազգային արժանապատվության տիրույթում անհամաձայն է այսօրվա իրավիճակի հետ։ Արձանագրենք, որ դա առաջին հերթին՝ մարդկային, ապա նոր միայն՝ քաղաքական անհամաձայնություն էր։

Ըստ էության, Ազատության հրապարակի հանրահավաքում կարևոր էին ոչ այնքան հարթակից հնչող տեքստերը, որքան մարդկանց հրապարակ բերած մոտիվացիաներն ու պահանջները, որոնք, ինչպես ցույց տվեց հանրահավաքը, պահանջում էին միանգամայն նոր ասելիք ու նոր օրակարգ, քան հնչում էին բանախոսների ելույթներում։ Այդ իրողությունը պետք է հաշվի առնեն առաջին հերթին ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը՝ իրենց հետագա անելիքները ոչ միայն՝ սեփական հաշվարկների, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ հրապարակում կանգնած մարդկանց պահանջներին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով։ 

Արդեն քանիցս նշել եմ, որ այս շրջափուլում բավական մոդայիկ է դարձել սեփական անհաջողությունները հանրության անտարբերությամբ արդարացնելու թեզը, որը, սակայն, զգալիորեն ջախջախվեց վերջին հանրահավաքում։ Փաստացի, հասարակությունը ցույց տվեց, որ պատրաստ է մասնակցություն ունենալ քաղաքական գործընթացներին, որոնք հաջողության կարող են հասնել միայն համարժեք բովանդակության ու դրանից բխող գործողությունների դեպքում։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ՀՀ մեծագույն պրոբլեմն իրականում այդ համարժեքության բացակայությունն է կամ տոտալ անհամարժեքությունը։ Ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանության գործողությունները համարժեք են ավելի շատ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի, քան Հայաստանի շահերին։

Փաստենք, որ այսoր ՀՀ-ում ամենահամարժեք քաղաքական սուբյեկտը մնացել է հասարակությունը, որը վերջին հանրահավաքին իր մասնակցությամբ, ըստ էության, վերջին շանս է տալիս գործող ընդդիմությանը։ Կօգտագործի՞ այդ հնարավորությունն ընդդիմությունը, թե՞ ոչ, կարևոր՝ այդուհանդերձ երկրորդական հարց է։ Շատ ավելի կարևոր է իրողությունը, որ հասարակությունը չի հանդուրժում ներկայիս  անարժանապատիվ իրականությունը և պատրաստ է դա հաղթահարելու համար կատարել իր քայլը։ Ըստ էության, հանրահավաքում հարթակից մեծ հաշվով դեռևս չհնչեցին ստեղծված իրավիճակից դուրս գալու բանաձևեր, հարթակում չէին երևում նաև այդ բանաձևերը կիրառողները։ Ի տարբերություն հանրահավաքային նախադեպերի ու ստանդարտ կաղապարների՝ այս անգամ բանաձևերն ու դրանք կիրառողները ոչ թե հարթակում էին, այլ հենց հրապարակում գտնվող շարքերում։
