Ամանորի նախաշեմին, ինչպես միշտ շուկայում թանկացումներ են սպասվում: Վերջին օրերին, արդեն իսկ կաթնամթերքի, գյուղմթերքների թանկացումներ է նկատվում:
«Թանկացումներ դեռ շատ կլինեն»,-այս մասին Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը:
Վերջինս հայտնեց, որ իրականում կանխատեսելի թանկացումներ կային, բայց դրամի արժեզրկումը իր հերթին ևս նպաստեց այս գործընթացին:
Բաբկեն Պիպոյանի խոսքով, թանկացումից չի խուսափի նաև տեղական արտադրանքը:
«Օրինակ կաթնամթերքը դիտարկում ենք որպես տեղական արտադրանք, բայց տնտեսվարող արտադրության համար հումքի մի մասը ներկրում է, ինչն էլ թանկացման պատճառ կդառնա: Իրականում մենք չգիտենք այդ մթերքի հումքի քանի տոկոսն է ներկրված և քանի տոկոսը պետք է թանկանա»,-ասաց Պիպոյանը և հավելեց, որ որևէ ոլորտում ներդրված չէ որակի կառավարման համակարգ, ինչի հետևանքով էլ չկան հստակ տվյալներ, թե որ տնտեսվարողը արտադրանքի համար հումքի որ մասն է ներկրում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է գյուղմթերքին, Պիպոյանը նկատեց, որ Ամանորի տոնական սեղանի համար գյուղացին ստիպված է ավելի շատ ծախսել, քան նախատեսել էր:
«Եթե Նոր տարվա համար մի գյուղացին պլանավորել էր, որ պետք է ծախսեր 200 հազար դրամ, ապա համատարած գնաճի պայմաններում նա ստիպված է իր ունեցած խոզի միսն ավելի թանկ վաճառել: Եթե ժամանակին էդ խոզը պետք է 200 հազար դրամի եկամուտ տար, հիմա պետք է 230 հազար դրամի տա, բայց այս իրավիճակում խնդիր է առաջանում քաղաքացու համար, որովհետև հիմա նա պետք է մտածի և գյուղմթերքի և ներկրված ապրանքի համար»,-ասաց Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ տարի խոզի միսը վաճառվում էր 1 կիլոգրամը 2000 դրամով, իսկ այսօր այն դարձել է 3300-3500 դրամ:
Այստեղ էլ Պիպոյանը նկատում է, որ եթե պետությունը ժամանակին գյուղացուն աջակցեր, ապա այսօր կարող էր գյուղացուց պահանջեր, որ չթանկացներ:
Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը նշում է, որ այս պահին գրանցվել է 10-12 տոկոս գնաճ, իսկ ամանորին այս թիվն ավելի կաճի:
«Դեռևս կան պահեստավորված ապրանքներ, որոնք ներկրվել են մի փոքր ավելի շուտ և այս պահին դեռևս դրանք չեն թանկացել, բայց դոլարով ներկրված ապրանքների նոր խմբաքանակներն էլի կթանկանան»,-ասաց Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը:
