ԱԺ «Պատվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Իշխանությունը պատժում է այլախոհներին՝ ազատելով աշխատանքից՝ իշխանությունից տարբերվող տեսակետ արտահայտելու, հակաիշխանական հավաքներին մասնակցությունը զսպելու համար
 
Ս․թ․ մայիսի 5-ին ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ՝ Վանաձորի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի եկամուտների հավաքագրման, գույքի կառավարման և գովազդի բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետներ Հ. Օհանյանը և Ա․Ղազարյանը ազատվել են հանրային ծառայողի զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից՝ «Հիմք ունենալով Հովհաննես Օհանյանի/Արթուր Ղազարյանի ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական կայքէջում կատարված տեսանյութերի կիսումները, քաղաքական հավաքին մասնակցությունը փաստող լուսանկարները:
 
Այս մասին գրություններ եմ ուղարկել Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ, ԵՄ, ՌԴ, Ֆրանսիայի դեսպաններին, Հայաստանում ԵԽ Գրասենյակի ղեկավարին:
 
Տեղեկացրել եմ, որ չնայած «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի կարգավորումներով հանրային ծառայողները պարտավոր են պահպանել քաղաքական զսպվածություն և չեզոքություն, սակայն աշխատանքից հետո հանրահավաքի մասնակցելը բացարձակ ապօրինի չի կարող համարվել: Բացի այս՝ քաղաքական չեզոքություն պահելու մասին պարտադրանքը ՀՀ-ում միայն կիրառվում է ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցողների նկատմամբ և այն մարդիկ, ովքեր սատարում են իշխանությանը՝ նույնաբովանդակ գործողություններով, այդ թվում իշխանական հավաքներին մասնակցելով, նրանք չեն արժանանում նմանատիպ վերաբերմունքի։
 
Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, քաղաքական հայացքներով պայմանավորված, խտրականության կիրառում, ինչն արգելված է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 29-րդ հոդվածով։
 
Ներկայացրել եմ նաև մարդու իրավունքների խախտման ևս մեկ օրինակ։ Ս․ թ․մայիսի 5-ին՝ խաղաղ բողոքի ակցիայի ակտիվ շրջանում տեղի ունեցած ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքային քննարկման ընթացքում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը կոչ է արել Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը բողոքի խաղաղ ակցիայի մասնակիցների ցանկը վերցնել ոստիկանությունից և եռամսյա վարժական հավաքներից ու պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափած քաղաքացիներին ընդգրկել եռամսյա վարժական հավաքներում։
 
Իրականում ստացվում է, որ իշխանությունից տարբերվող տեսակետ արտահայտելու, հակաիշխանական հավաքներին մասնակցությունը զսպելու համար այդ կերպ իշխանությունը պատժում է այլախոհներին:
 
Խնդրել եմ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել վերոնշյալ անարդար մոտեցումները և հրապարակային արձագանքել մարդու իրավունքների խախտման նմանօրինակ դեպքերին։ Սրանք Հայաստանին դուրս են դնում ժողովրդավարական ուղուց:
