Ահազանգ եմ ստացել այն մասին, որ այսօր՝ ժամը 07:15-ին, ոստիկանության աշխատակից ներկայացած, դիմակավորված, առանց տարբերանշանների և ինչ-որ անհասկանալի համազգեստով անձինք խաբեությամբ՝ խուզարկություն կատարելու պատրվակով մուտք են գործել ՀՀԿ երիտասարդական կազմակերպության նախագահ Հենրիխ Դանիելյանի բնակարան և նրան բերման ենթարկել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժին, որտեղ վերջինս հարցաքննվել է, որից հետո՝ ազատ արձակվել:
 
Օրեր առաջ էլ ձերբակալվել, ապա կալանավորվել է «Դիմադրության» շարժման մասնակից Դավիթ Ավագյանը այն հիմքով, որ վերջինս ՀՀ-ում չունի մշտական բնակության վայր, այնինչ, Դավիթ Ավագյանը Հադրութից է, պատերազմի արդյունքում կորցրել է իր տունն ու տեղափոխվել Երևան: Նա նաև նշել էր, որ վերջինիս խնամքին են գտնվում երեք անչափահաս որդիները: Սակայն ոստիկանությունը, հաշվի չառնելով այս հանգամանքը, ձերբակալել է վերջինիս, ապա բաժանմունքում փոխել զեկուցագրի բովանդակությունը և Դավիթ Ավագյանին վերագրել ենթադրյալ խուլիգանություն:
Այսինքն, ստացվում է՝ քաղաքական այլախոհությունը պատժելու համար իշխանությունը պարտաստ է դիմել ցանկացած ոչ իրավաչափ գործողության՝ կալանավորելով անգամ պատերազմի արդյունքում իր տունը կորցրած մեր հայրենակցին և պատճառաբանելով, որ վերջինս ՀՀ-ում չունի մշտական բնակության վայր :
 
Այս դեպքերի առթիվ շտապ գրություն եմ ուղարկել ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին և խնդրել վերջինիս հանձնարարականը՝ հնարավոր իրավախախտում կատարած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների շրջանակը պարզելու համար, միաժամանակ, ուսումնասիրության ենթարկելու նրանց գործողությունների իրավաչափությունը և դիտարկելու նրանց արարքներին համապատասխան իրավական գնահատական տալու հարցը, ինչպես նաև ընթացքի և արդյունքների մասին տրամադրել տեղեկություն։
