Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպաններ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանն ու Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ, որում ասվում է.

«Մեր երկու հաստատությունների համատեղ մշտադիտարկումը վկայում է, որ վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցող քաղաքական գործընթացների համատեքստում լայն տարածում է ստացել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների միջև արհեստականորեն բաժանման ու հակադրման տրամադրություններ ստեղծելու և խթանելու դատապարտելի երևույթը։

Ընդ որում, նման երևույթները, առավելապես դրսևորվելով հայաստանյան հանրային տիրույթում, իրենց դրսևորումներն են գտնում նաև Արցախում։

Իրենց տարբեր քաղաքական շահեր սպասարկելու համար քաղաքական դերակատարների կողմից մեր հայրենակիցների արցախցի լինելու հանգամանքի միտումնավոր օգտագործումը բևեռացված հանրային խոսույթում «առիթ» է ստեղծում Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների նկատմամբ վիրավորանքների, անընդունելի բառապաշարի և ատելության խոսքի տարածման համար:

Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք նման վնասակար, անհեռատես ու ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր բաժանարար գծերի ստեղծմանը միտված կամ որևէ կերպ դրան նպաստող խոսակցությունները, գործողություններն ու անգործությունը՝ այդ դրսևորումների դատապարտման առումով։
Մեր երկրների առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներով լի այս պատասխանատու ժամանակահատվածում հատկապես կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրային մեծ լսարան ունեցող բոլոր քաղաքական գործիչներին ու հասարակական դերակատարներին, անկախ քաղաքական նախընտրություններից ու օրակարգերից, սեփական օրինակով կանխելու և դատապարտելու «հայաստանցի» և «արցախցի», իր էությամբ կեղծ ու ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր բաժանումը։

Հորդորում ենք բոլոր քաղաքացիներին՝ Հայաստանում, Արցախում ու Սփյուռքում, տուրք չտալ ու անհանդուրժող լինել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին խմբերի բաժանելու և ներքին երկպառակտություն սերմանելու բոլոր գործողությունների նկատմամբ։ Դրանք ջլատում են մեր դիմադրողականությունը, քայքայում հանրային ու համազգային համերաշխությունը։
Համազգային միասնությունն ու իմաստնությունը մեր պետությունների առջև ծառացած բոլոր մարտահրավերների լուծման կարևորագույն առհավատչյաներից են»:
