Լոռիում պարեկները BMW-ի ու Niva-ի վարորդների նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժ և արցունքաբեր միջոց են կիրառել

Մայիսի 20-ին Լոռու մարզում տեղի է ունեցել միջադեպ: Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 19:40-ի սահմանում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 4-րդ դասակի պարեկ Սահակ Կ.-ն և կրտսեր պարեկ Ալբերտ Հ.-ն, ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ Թեղուտ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում կանգնեցրել են ՎԱԶ-2121 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:   Սակայն վարորդ, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ, Սևակ Ղ.-ն հրաժարվել է պարեկներին ներկայացնել վարորդական վկայականն ու ավտոմեքենայի հաշվառման վկայագիրը, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը:

Պարեկները ունեցել են կասկածներ, որ նա արտաքինից գտնվում է ակնհայտ ոչ սթափ վիճակում:  

Ըստ կարգի՝ պարեկները նրան հայտնել են, որ պետք է ստուգվի սթափության վիճակը, ապա կազմվեն համապատասխան արձանագրություններ, որից հետո ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվելու է ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, քանի որ վարորդը հրաժարվում է ներկայացնել անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը:  

Այդ ամենից հետո սկսվել է վիճաբանություն և Սևակ Ղ.-ն սկսել է քաշքշել պարեկներից մեկի համազգեստից և հայհոյանքներ տալ, որից հետո սպառնացել է, որ հիմա կկանչի իր ընկերներին, որոնք կգան և չեն թողնի, որպեսզի ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:  

Պարեկ Ալբերտ Հ.-ն, երբ փորձել է միջամտել, Սևակ Ղ.-ն իր ձեռքին գտնվող ձեռնափայտով փորձել է հարվածել: Այդ ընթացքում նշված վայր է մոտեցել BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որից իջել են 4 հոգի և BMW-ի վարորդ Դավիթ Դ.-ն ագրեսիվ վիճակում փորձել է հարվածել պարեկին, ով էլ նրանց նկատմամբ օգտագործել է արցունքաբեր հատուկ միջոց, որից հետո նշված անձինք դիմել են փախուստի՝ իրենց հետ տանելով Սևակ Ղ.-ին:  

Կատարվածի մասին պարեկները տեղեկացրել են Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Բեժանյանին և գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ պարեկ Արման Սուքիասյանին: Վերջիններիս հանձնարարականով ժամանած մյուս պարեկների հետ, 2 հոգու օրենքով նախատեսված համապատասխան ֆիզիկական ուժ կիրառելով, բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին, իսկ Niva-ն ու BMW-ն՝ պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:  

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Սևակ Ղ.-ն վարորդական վկայական չունի, ինչպես նաև՝ Niva-ն ու BMW-ն տեխզննում չեն անցել: Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի ու ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ BMW-ի մյուս 2 ուղևորների ինքնությունները պարզելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:  

Դեպքի փաստով նյութերը ուղարկվել են Լոռու մարզի դատախազություն հետագա ընթացքը որոշելու համար:
